It's a bit pricey for what it is imo.
What a lovely trailer, quality looks good and it comes with the basics of a two-burner hob, cool box and porta potti. I can see these becoming popular when EVs are the norrm.

Alot of money for a tent!
This is a very good trailer. That said, I would have expected a bit more innovation from Holtkamper which I have followed on RUclips for donkey's years even though I don't understand a word of Dutch. Their other trailer tent campers are absolutely fantastic. Please note that I am comparing them with their standards. Nevertheless, I reiterate that this is a very good trailer nonetheless.
FYI, Holtkamper is not the same Company an Easycaravanning. Yes the owner of Holtkamper is a investeren in Easycaravanning and the owner of Easycaravanning is managing director of Holtkamper but both products are developed completely separate from each other.
A lot easier/quicker up/down than my Conway Cardinal, but mine has 2 double bedrooms that pull out from each end leaving the centre section clear for separate, dedicated, dining and cooking areas. The 2 metres of internal headroom is another bonus. The only thing missing is underfloor heating, which I may add this or next year courtesy of a diesel heater. With only the 2 of using it (plus 2 small dogs), we don't even really need to use the full length awning to be able to enjoy it. If I *really must,* I can put up a small, 2 metre cubed, drive-away awning at the side of my camper van (only used for its carrying & towing capacity) to use as a toilet/shower tent.

This is as cute as a button :-) and very sensibly priced too, is there any form of heating? It’s quite exciting to see some real innovation in the industry. Thanks Andrew (and how beautifully behaved is Dougal waiting for you 🐾 🐾 ).

WOW!! I really like this. I currently and tow a Kompact Kamp Mini Mate camper. But this HoltKamper is MUCH better in my opinion. When I went to the website I did not see it listed?? Is it a prototype or is it available for purchase? Also is it available in the USA? Thank you!

@Andrew Ditton : Remember that unfolding camper apartment that you showed, that unfolded with it's own terrace, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom with a washer/dryer & separate shower, kitchen and dining room and both solar power and wind turbine power? Wasn't that from France and only a bit over $5,000? That is still one of the nicest campers I've seen, for an extremely low price. Can you please reply with the company and camper's name and what country it's from? I think I would really like that camper.

Hi Andrew 👋 in Canada you are not allowed to tow anything with an EV. I had two Prius’s (sp?) and couldn’t tow a thing. I believe European “standards” are different. Really liked this as an affordable and accessible and modern option. 👍👍🥇
I think you may be mistaken. Audi e-tron and Tesla each have towing capacities mentioned in their maketing material. Where did you find a law that prohibits towing with an EV in Canada? I live here and I couldn’t find any mention of it. Cheers.
Any plans to sell it in Australia? With my Hyundai Ioniq 6 towing load of 1500 kg I am tossing up between a Jayco Swift mini camper-van (bit of a faff to set it up) or a Tucana Teardrop van with no real set-up required but low roof height. The ideal would be something like the Eco-Tourer Breeze but it is too heavy for my EV.
The should follow up the Take-off with a camper called the Landing…
Silly jokes aside, it’s an interesting design but would it be possible to add a shower to the mix?
I guess you could add a privacy tent and what I call a bug sprayer shower system….
But I’d like something a bit more substantial to camp in.
Unfortunately these won't take off at all! Way to expensive for what it is, no space at all, although it is lovely design on the outside when folded which is about all it has going for it. New to your channel and love your reviews 👍🇮🇪

Ac for what? Any camp have places whit shades. You are all day swimming, goin to city, spending time at beach.. then come on your spot in camp make something to eat and spend time before sleep in nice summer night temperatures...

Solution for EVs will be an electric motor on the axle, and a good sized battery in the caravan.

Not a fan of EV's personally. They feel like a step back rather than forwards. Porsche biofuel sounds much better! Cool idea though but maybe not in the UK.
