You definitely cannot cit them (German BBs or carriers) after the first bounce (tested with preussan and schlieffan- ) did you test it on the initial bounce?
@@sw5949 Incorrect, you can CIT most German BB's all day long in this. Over 600mm of pen when dropping on the 1 or 2 line. It cits anything with a waterline or higher citadel.
@@GroceryGetterST Nope - just confirmed. You can't Citadel MvR, Schlieffen*, Preussen or Hannover. The only exception to this is if you drop it on the DECK of the schlieffen which may get you 1 or 2 cits. So basically you use the skip bombs, as dive bombs - and only on Schlieffen, and you may get lucky. But in general, no Shinano does not Citadel High end German BB hulls (it means it wont citadel Immelman or FDR either..)
@ Nope. He got one citadel going through the deck and thats it(just like I said.. and yeah I do watch Rei). Again - not hard to prove... go do it in training room. You see my results all day.
