My lil guy is able to use downloaded apps without internet. At first, we had a paid monthly data plan, but not anymore

can you ban the videos and apps like Disney, Barney, Blippi etc? Is it easy to make it impossible for my kid to see some of these "age appropriate" videos?

You can download and/or delete any apps you want- just like with any tablet
