Go into the DIY table next to the entrance to the bunker. The rest is pretty self explanatory.
Pretty much, buy cigarettes, extract the tobacco in the DIY Table, then use the tobacco and cannabis in the DIY bench to make blunts

Is there a recipe to make the chocolate bars. I noticed you really don't get much at all for the bar extraction
As far as I'm aware of no, but please note this video was made during the demo version of the game. New recipes could have been added but from where I'm at currently in the full release of the game, I've yet to find any chocolate bar recipe. I have heard of other ways we can extract though so stay tuned for an updated guide!

Yeah they changed around which recipes you get from the time of the demo (when this video was recorded) to now in release.
I’ll be making an updated set of guides for release but for now I just made one going over the changes I found.
