Kirk knew he was married when he laid down having unprotected sex with Jasmine, now the consequences to his actions is that he has another baby with another woman other than his wife, its not the baby fault, it is the consenting adults fault, when Rasheeda took Kirk back then she has to take all that comes with Kirk and that means he needs to have a relationship with his baby and Jasmine needs to be able to get in touch directly with Kirk until that baby is out of college.
