I’m getting better at spotting these disordered personality types. After many years of dealing with them. I seconded guessed myself, guilt tripped myself for what I thought I did wrong. Then I’d make excuses to myself for those types, for their wrong doing. (Called cognitive dissonance) Theses personality types blame shift,gaslight and guilt trip to avoid taking any responsibility for themselves. They play on decent peoples emotions in this way. My only regret in life is that I hadn’t been educated on the cluster b (personality disorders) much sooner in life. And it isn’t always easy to detect. Unlike physical abuse, physical abuse is undeniable. That’s why it’s good to educate yourself, on the subtle ways that mental and emotional abuse manifests. it’s insidious. We all want to protect our physical health. Our mental and emotional health is just as important. And to be able to spot “the wolves in sheep’s clothing” early on , can help us to get away much sooner, before a lot of damage is done. Only remember those occassions when you witnessed them being exposed, whilst you had no armour or no prayer for deliverance! They could recover or be removed from their existence but there will be new challenges! You will be chastised with words like - "don't burn your bridges!" You will naturally hesitate to stay away from these people but if you stay clean, you will find the strength to do so! So you could be alone as you always were with these people who held you captive! So why be in doubt when there was nothing to be gained! Do not shake anyone's beliefs or self confidence, as such behaviour is practiced by those facing disaster! The best has been ordained for some, but envy will attack! You will hear anything you have said echoing back as if you have been judged to serve these people or perish! This is a hard and ruthless world! That doesn't mean that you should also be ruthless!

May we be of those that utilize this life and all the gifts God has granted us(eyesight, hearing, healthy organs which function perfectly well by the Mercy of God etc) to earn God's pleasure much. Try to have that mindset with the start of each day granted to us. Understandable we are human and we do err but with such a mindset our goodness should easily outweigh our wrongs. And seek forgiveness often as we all fall short ❤ Btw i know im a nobody living amongst our lifetime yet I am of those that appreciate your efforts towards assisting mankind with such compassion and conviction.
