From Japan They will hold the final concert of their 10th anniversary live tour on November 26th at the 17,000-capacity Yokohama Arena in Japan. They have been preparing for a year and are now preparing to make it the best concert ever. They have announced that this concert will be streamed live online for their fans who cannot come to Japan. You can purchase tickets for one week or one month from their official website. The online broadcast is three and a half hours long. I got the Yokohama Arena tickets yesterday and am preparing for the trip.
Just my humble opinion. They should have thrown the fans worldwide a bone. And did it for them as a big thank you for free. Now of course I will be attacked for daring to mention that.
Band-Maid is always a good rockin listen. Looking at the lyrics, I take Dice as rolling the dice and take chances and accepting the struggles and uncertainties of life and trying to find moments of happiness within them. The lyrics encourage the listener to take risks, to look for the good in the present moment despite difficulties, and to never give up even though there is no guaranteed success.
Dice was my introduction to Band-Maid but it was "Domination" Official Live that made me a Maidiac =) My favorite song after buying all their albums is "Real Existence" Live ! These ladies have been together 10 years and are finally getting respect from around the world ! Thanks Great Reaction =)
Band Maid at present is the top rock group on the planet, their musicianship is beyond reproach and they are extremely innovative. The whole maid theme comes from the band's founder Miku Kobato (she's the one with the red flower in her maid cap). She had wanted to form a rock band, and after she worked in Japanese "maid cafe's" in Tokyo she decided she wanted to use maid outfits as the band's trademark. She was originally going to be the lead vocalist but realized she didn't have the right type of voice for the genre so they held auditions and selected Saiki (black outfit, blue flower in her headpiece) to be part of the group. The funny thing is that when the ladies were going to do their first video she never told the girls about it, and Saiki and Misa (the bassist in the Assassin Maid outfit) weren't thrilled about it, so you only see one or two videos with Saiki and Misa in maid outfits. Miku, Kanami (lead guitarist and genius composer) and Akane (world-class drummer a/k/a Gorilla) didn't have any issues with the maid outfits. So Misa and Saiki went their own way and it has worked out very nicely. Band Maid has a true global fan base on pretty much every continent and region on the planet. Misa, Akane and Kanami are among the finest in the world on their respective instruments and Miku, who didn't know how to play guitar when she formed the band has become an excellent technical rhythm guitarist and holds her own very nicely. I've seen them three times live on their 2022 and 2023 US tours and they sound even better live. Miku was the main lyricist at the beginning but now all the members have their input and it has worked out famously. The theme of Dice does go along with what you were thinking, though there have been some reports that it also was meant for a particular class of teens and young adults in Japan who are shut-ins and almost never leave their homes. I don't know how true it is, but the set up with the blindfold and the doll does kind of fit the bill. They have a huge catalogue of well over 100 really good songs. If you would like to see more of their technical prowess, check out the live official video of "Onset" and the music video of "From Now On", two really amazing instrumentals, which no one really does any more. I don't remember what you reacted to first, but the live official videos of "Don't You Dare", "Real Existence", Domination", "Choose Me", "Play", "Freedom" and "Secret My Lips" are a pretty good start. Another fun fact is that several years ago they pulled an April Fool's joke on their fans by saying they were no longer a rock group and were playing music about the Japanese geisha culture and changing the name to Band Maiko, as Maiko is the term for a geisha in training. You should check out the music video for "Gion-Cho", which is an excellently produced video with great costuming and scenic scenes in Kyoto, where the filmed the videos. Kyoto is the ancestral home of the geisha culture in Japan. Miku even used the dialect peculiar to Kyoto in writing the lyrics. The most important thing is that Band Maid is the most fan-friendly group I have ever seen and truly love their fans. And we love them right back. Sorry, I got carried away. You will enjoy your trip with Band Maid.
Band-Maid is great! I saw them in ATL this spring. Prepare yourself for LOVEBITES!!! They will be in ATL next September, and I have my ticket!! Oh, all their songs are in English.
This band lives in the live performances. They have insanely technical MV's. Then you see them effortlessly perform them live. Its a little head spinning. Anything off thier official channel is good. I'd suggest the recent PUZZLE Live they posted on thier channel.
❤🎉 You’ve hit two of my top ten Maid songs already! Truly, from what you’ve said so far and observations you’ve made, I would heartily recommend “From Now On,” official music video to the top of your list. First, it’s an instrumental. No lyrics to worry about. Secondly and most importantly, it will give you another facet of the creative jewel that is Band Maid. Finally, it will be a great set up for “Domination,” official live. (Lyrics there, but also plenty of solos from everyone) Think you’ve figured out their sound and musical depth? Haha. They have more than maid outfits to surprise you! About lyrics and subtitles? I’m in the camp that ignores or removes subtitles. Please consider Saiki’s voice as the fifth instrument and follow her melodies. (How many English lyrics do we hum along with anyway?) I look forward to hearing your thoughts on whichever Band Maid you choose next. 🤘🏽
I'm with you on the lyrics. I've only read subtitles of two songs, Thrill because it's was the first song i heard, and About Us, because it was such a beautiful song I had to know what she was saying.
got into Band Maid back in 2019. Back then they didn't have captions. In a way was almost better, cuz could only focus on the music. Of course googled the lyrics which were not always best english translations. Now that I can read the lyrics too. Kinda makes me appreciate Miku even more. So much talent in this band!
Guys, I suggest you listen to "Dice" again, but as part of a two-song clip of "Dice/Hate?" from their one hour performance at the Lollapalooza Music festival in Chicago this summer. The live performance has gone viral on You/tube and the internet. During "Dice" there are solos by Misa, the bassist, and Kanami, the lead guitarist. During the interlude between "Dice" and "Hate?", Akane, the drummer, keeps pounding her drum kit and seamlessly transitions to "Hate?" During "Hate?" there is an epic call and respond duel between Misa and Kanami. The crowd went wild. The video is not blocked on RUclips and has an incredible number of views.
The MV is better if we are just talking about dice. Subtleties of band and crowd interactions and lower Quality audio are for fans- not people hearing songs for the first time.
I'll always be one to preach the Gospel of Band-Maid. The singer, bassist, drummer and lead guitarist could definitely hold their own with the legends. Ironic how an all-female Japanese Rock band could help keep the torch of Rock lit.
With the maid armour it has evolved over the years to suit each of their personality. So they are all a personal take on the traditional maid outfit like what Miku (Red 🌹) wears.
To truly enjoy this band you need to also listen to their softer side. 'Memorable', written during US tour, 'About Us' during Covid, or my favorite 'Daydreaming'. Their acoustic songs shine too.
Composer Kanami (lead guitar) composes the song. Misa on bass and Akane on drums add arrangements. After the song is completed, the lyricist Miku (rhythm guitarist) writes the lyrics. Miku allows the vocalist's voice to blend into the song as a sound. One of Miku's greatest talents is her ability to write poems with various meanings while prioritizing sound. One method I recommend is to first listen to the sounds without thinking about the meaning of the lyrics.
All five members are actually wearing maid outfits, including the lead singer Saiki. But only lead guitarist Kanami and rhythm guitarist Miku wear what we think of as a tradional maid outfit in the Western sense. Drummer Akane also wears a stylized version of a traditional maid outfit, but it is more sleek to give her more freedom of movement behind the drums. Saiki's outfit is more like a governess outfit, more like a nanny maid than a traditional housekeeping or serving maid. And bassist MISA's outfit is viewed as an "assassin maid," inspired by anime and manga and based on a Chinese house dress design. So they're all maid costumes, but they come from different concepts of maids.
I think a lot of people get hung up on lyrics when listening to foreign bands, and it was an issue for me initially. But I’ve found that going back to a lot of music I loved growing up that the lyrics often didn’t actually matter. What I liked was how it sounded and maybe I would pick out phrases that I could interpret however I wanted. I’ve since abandoned it entirely, I don’t even turn on subs to songs because it doesn’t matter. I can “sing along” just fine for me as I’m just mimicking the sounds I hear and enjoying the sound.
I'm the same. How the lyrics sound is more important that what they are saying. I also worry, oddly, that if I found out what they are about, I might not like it so much. And, what I've found, is that there's often so much lost in translation that it doesn't really normally ever give you more than a hint of what the song is about anyway.
The Doll makes sense with the lyrics. The song is about someone who's always stayed in their safe home environment where she is treated like a much loved doll - but ends up deciding to leave her safe confines and go out into the world.
BM are a great band but from everything I have seen they are 100% a live band! Their live performances are amazing! Pure musicianship in cute outfits at its finest as well!
Band Maid.. best served Live.... the MV's are good.. Band Maid live and onstage is amazing... do yourself a favor and choose the live versions off their channel.. you wont be disappointed. Puzzle, No God, Domination, Play, Onset, Freedom, Manners / Black Hole , and if you can find it the Dice / Hate performance from Lollapalooza ..all those are amazing performances worthy of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.....
I keep expecting the lead in to the song Hate?. If you want to hear what they sound like live and see what I am talking about, then check out Dice +Hate at Lollapalooza 2023.
You can't go wrong with Band Maid and they are even better live. They also have an alter ego Band Maiko (it was for an April Fool) which is worth checking out. Not to detract from your Band Maid journey but a lot of Maidiacs also like The Warning (3 rocking sisters from Mexico).
Thank You for continuing down the Pigeon hole with BAND-MAID yes Domination (live ) don`t have a link but if you go to BAND-MAID channel its on there , its from Feb 14th 2020 Line Cube Shibuya , there last live in front of an audience performance before covid shut things down . MISA !!! MISA !!! MISA !!! the Barefoot Bass Assassin .
In a Japan probably Korea and China also.....they have a big problem with shut ins....young people who stayed holed up in their rooms playing video games or with dolls. This song's lyrics were directed at these young people to open your eyes and step out into the real world. This is a very simplistic explanation and i'm sure others can explain this social problem much better than. Thanks for the great review.
Band-Maid are phenomenal musicians and glad you reacted to them. Not to hijack your Band-Maid journey, but a couple other comments already mentioned another all-girl band to try and they are The Warning. 3 sisters from Mexico who play hard rock and sing in English. They are quickly becoming huge so don't miss out! Please check out their song Evolve from the recent MTV VMAs. Link is on The Warning's official RUclips channel.
Great reaction. Try the same song at Lollapalooza (Chicago) (live) followed by Hate? like a combination of music and... 'prepare for impact!', that is, be prepared, very prepared, for the impact of the impacts. Do it or choose any song, if possible, live. Yes, any song... but Dice + Hate? Lollapalooza is 'stellar and spectacular beyond belief' Thank you
You've only seen the tip of the BAND-MAID iceberg. It depends on the song as to what your impressions of them will be. They are genre shapeshifters. You'll have to say what you'd like to hear from them to get specific suggestions.
You can build quite a few lines based on Band Maid repertoire. This dark one could be continued by Rinne and Shambles, culminating in Puzzle. A white black theme.
the MAIDS are 10 years in now with well over 100 songs of top quality. this is from 2018 - about halfway through their existence. speaking of that 'real existence ' is one of their earlier videos from 2015 and the first song i heard back then and is well worth checking out as it is another banger. they have been my favorite rock band from the first listen like you say - a mix of rock , punk and metal.. next up on the japanese girl group list should be LOVEBITES. power , thrash and heavy metal is their specialty with a few power ballads and some hard rock thrown in for good measure. best metal band on the planet since early 2017. start with the song 'holy war' live from zepp diver city tokyo 2020 and be once again blown away by the musical prowess of japanese ladies. they sing in english and write all of their own music without a bad song to be found. don't miss LOVEBITES.
That one might be a bit of an extreme starting point! But they definitely need to check out Lovebites, whichever song they go with (Holy War live 2020 is usually a good introduction, even if it is the most commonly reacted to).
May I suggest some more amazing content from Japan? Band-Maid is only the beginning. Here are some suggestions that I think will really blow your mind. Band and song. Hanabie - We Love Sweets Nemophila - Oiran Lovebites - Judgement Day Babymetal - Monochrome Maximum The Hormone - Yoshu Fukushu
Make you a favour and keep digging in their repertoire you'll be surprise at each song. Band Maid is a style by itself. Manners will brings you back to old classic rock, and Onset to incredible instrumental. to anem a few.
I have to say even tho Saiki is one of the Greatest vocalist I've ever heard. Band Maids instrumental songs are Second to none. From Now On Onset Without Holding Back Giovanni Just to name a few are So Telling of their Musicianship. To hear Band Maid Luve is the Ultimate Treat. Such songs as ( Freedom, Puzzle, Domination, Dont You Tell Me.just to name a few, there are so many more. I believe if im not mistaken their catalog exceeds 150 songs and still goin. Band Maid is a Band of Such Phenomenal Musicians 😊 Just Push Play and Enjoy Superb Phenomal Music.
I think I commented on your last Band-Maid reaction that they are THE best band on Earth. I thought I'd add tsome more info this time...they are STILL THE best band on Earth. PS They do it all note perfect live. Also, there English subtitles on this DICE MV.
Time for some live MVs from them. I mean, don't get me wrong, their MVs are great, but..... their live performances are something else altogether. Tell you what - if you have the time, do a comparison video between Domination MV and the Domination Official Live. See for yourself what this band is really like when on stage as opposed to an MV.
Let's see if YT allows me to post this. This is part of a file which explains a bit about the song and the significance of the doll. Seems like everyone freaks out about the doll... The song's basically about taking risks, seizing opportunities, putting in the work to get the rewards. Roll the dice. Take your shot. The doll is just a doll. It's harmless - in fact, that's kind of the point. The doll is a simulated person, it's safe. The girl is blindfolded, in the dark, holding the doll for comfort. She's sheltered. At the end of the video the girl abandons the doll, lifts up the blindfold, steps into a blinding light that represents the uncertainty and opportunity that she's been hiding from. This song is a call to arms. In Japan they have a sub-culture of shut-ins, people who are either unemployed or under employed who basically won't move out on their own. They stay in their parent/grandparent's home basically playing with dolls or video games, instead of getting out and living life and trying to better themselves. This song is calling them out. Challenging them, "Are you gonna stay in there playing with DOLLLLLLLLLS like a little kid? Or are you going to stand up take off the blindfold, leave the dolls and games behind and step out into the real world?" At the end of the video, the girl puts down the doll, takes off the blindfold and steps into the light. It's called Hikikomori in Japan and is defined as: "pulling inward, being confined", also known as severe social withdrawal, is total withdrawal from society and seeking extreme degrees of social isolation and confinement. Hikikomori refers to both the phenomenon in general and the recluses themselves. The concept is primarily recognized only in Japan, although similar concepts exist in other languages and cultures. Hikikomori have been described as loners or "modern-day hermits". Estimates suggest that half a million Japanese youths have become social recluses, as well as more than half a million middle-aged individuals. - Definition from Wikipedia So the doll is there to draw your attention to the lyrics.
ARIGATO for your Nice Comment!! There are many female bands in japan. In my opinion, LOVEBITES, BAND-MAID, and NEMOPHILA are Top Three Bands. Especially, LOVEBITES are Super Skilled Band. Please Watch Next Songs. "HAMMER OF WRATH"(live), "JUDGEMENT DAY"(live)
LIVE DOMINATION!!!! The regular MV is superb! Great art and graphics. Great sound but the visuals are stunning. That being said the LIVE version is far superior to the MV. Always go for the LIVE version with BandMaid.
Personally I'd recommend the official live version of Manners + Black Hole found on their official youtube channel. It tends to be one of the most popular videos of Band-Maid for people to react to and I'd argue one of their top 5 sets. I'd post a link but I think youtube likes to block comments with a link.
I think you miss the appeal that has made Band-Maid so popular. It's not the lyrics, it's not the costumes, it's the music. Just good rock n roll. Excuse me, GREAT rock n roll. They are so talented at their craft, musicianship. When I listen to Band-Maid, I get goose bumps at how good they are. Said many times, best rock band on the planet today. And sorry to go on, they can do it all, rock, jazz, ballad, acoustic, doesn't matter, they got it covered.
Dunno bout Blink 182. This gives me more 70s/80s rock with early noughties pop rock/metal. I suggest these Band Maid songs: Manners, Bubble, Thrill, No God (live) & Puzzle (live)
Dice is a rare one for Band-Maid where the recorded version is better than the live version. It's not that the live version is poor, but just that the mixing on this is perfect, and Kanami's guitar, for example, never has the same impact live.
YOU WANT TO TEAR JERKING POWER BALLAD FOR THE AGES. WITH AN AMAZING EMOTIONAL GUITAR SOLO. CHECK OUT MY FAVORITE BY THEM, DAYDREAMING ! AND ANOTHER INCREDIBLY EMOTIONALLY MOVING SONG IN MY OPINION. IS THE SONG ENDLESS STORY BY THEM. FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE FUNKY TRY BUBBLE. AND THEIR FIRST COMPOSITION THEY WERE ALLOWED TO CREATE AND SUPPLY TO THE RECORD COMPANY ALL ON THEIR OWN. IS THE SONG ALONE. AND THEIR FIRST WHICH INTRODUCED MANY OF US WESTERNERS TO THEM. WOULD BE THE SONG THRILL. TAKE CARE HOPE TO SEE MANY MORE REACTIONS FROM THESE AMAZING LADIES. ALSO CHECK OUT NEMOPHILIA. A FIVE-PIECE ALL FEMALE METAL/HARDROCK GROUP OUT OF JAPAN. BUT START WITH THEIR COVERS FIRST. AMAZING MUSICIANSHIP AND JUST A PLEASURE AND JOY TO WATCH. AS IS BAND MAID. MY FAVORITE GROUP TO COME ALONG IN MANY DECADES. TAKE CARE STAY SAFE AND BE WELL ALWAYS.
Miku (the rhythm guitarist) worked in a Maid Café before starting the band, and she liked the juxtaposition between cute maid outfits and hard rock music. The two members wearing black (Misa (bass) and Saiki (singer)) resisted the maid costumes, but in my opinion they fit in with the general aesthetic. Dice is from the World Domination album released in 2018
It is interesting that l can name 100 songs in English that you cannot tell what the lyrics are. Secondly, there are entire lines in this song that are in English and you couldn't discern that fact. Lastly, I have heard reviewers rate the two Band-Maid songs that are all in English and the reviewer still thought they were in Japanese. What is the point in all English when almost no one can tell? For me l get the lyrics and follow along a couple of times and l've got it. It is not hard. And if you would follow the lyrics you might see Miku has something to say. The three best bands on the planet are all women and all from Nippon. Band-Maid, Lovebites and Nemophila. Incredible musical talents all.
While most of their songs have punk sound, you really can't conclude their genre unless you listen to at least 10 more songs. Moratorium, Mirage, Wonderland, Sayonakidori, Corallium, Anemone ... there are many songs that give you different feel.
If Band Maid is the top of the rock now, the top of Metal is Lovebites, always all female Japanese band, watch for example "Hammer of Wrath" or "Liar" or anyone their songs (about 60) and You will not find bad one! Ah, always from live shows!
Believe it or not you haven't heard anything yet. Watch NO GOD and buckle your seatbelts before you do. Watch the online version, not the new official concert video for clearer sound.
The thing about a band like this, this isn't a "let's go in and roll tape and we'll see what happens"...No...Not that there's anything wrong with that, I often enjoy that approach, but you have to respect something that people have obviously had to seriously commit to. You can't be wanking around in this band, or you'll be lost...
I'd suggest sticking to their live performance videos. Both of the ones you watched were "Official Music Videos", not "Official LIVE Videos". The ones called "Music Videos" on their channel are the initial release, done in a studio, and not live. With some bands the album and music videos are clean and processed, and the best versions. But Band-Maid puts all their soul into the live performances. After they've played it dozens of times in front of live audiences, the songs are even better than the albums and music videos were. And being in front of a live audience seems to push each of them to another level.
If you like these bands it's worth checking out Lovebites, a band on the rise around the world, with S-tier musicians around but the 2 guitarists are unmatched.
Another band you should check out is The Warning. They are from Mexico. Together with these great bands from Japan they are showing the younger generation how rock and roll should be played.
Yes, I too was creeped out at first by the blindfolded girl with the doll. But if you listen to the lyrics, you realize the song is about accepting responsibility and not allowing yourself to be a passive participant. Band-Maid had been in a position where their management was not allowing them to be active participants and refusing to record the songs they wrote. At the end of "Dice" the girl drops the doll, removes the blindfold, gets up, and starts walking away. Also, Band-Maid played Lolapolooza in August where they combined "Dice" with HATE?" This was an epic live performance with a bass - guitar duel that will put a huge smile on your face and everyone in the band was obviously enjoying themselves. Someone posted the Netflix live stream and it is excellent! Akane's drums tied the entire performance together while Misa and Kaname took their Star turns and Miku and Saiki belted out the lyrics. Everyone who sees it is blown away.
The main Vocalist Saiki is wearing a Spanish stye maid uniform. The Bassist really hated the maid uniform so much so she was considering leaving the band so they said she and be the bare foot assassin maid. So if a Yakuza family needed a maid that was incognito.
Hi. Can you please react to legendary Russian rock band Kino - Calm night. It's rock music masterpiece! Lot of bloggers from different countries really like this band and song. Now really interesting your reaction. We will waiting.
Turn off the subtitles. They are just distracting. If you want to know the lyrics, which include a lot of English, look them up beforehand. This is an old song, as evidenced by AKANE’s Tiny Hat. Their sound has evolved considerably since then. Try SENSE, or their latest single, SHAMBLES, next.
From Japan

Watch it live stream, it was amazing, starting at 6:15pm ending at 9:50pm. Saiki on piano was legendary.

You should now go back and watch the live version of this and also “Hate?” From their Lalapalooza appearance.
Definitely! So good.
Aww man, I was hoping your next video would be a reaction to a live video. Please do a live version of whatever song you pick next.
Domination Live from their official channel will blow your socks off.
Dice is my favourite song as of now. Until I listen to the next BAND-MAID song then that will be my favourite.
Facts
Thanks for the reaction.
MISA MISA MISA!!!!!
"Music transcends language"
One thing I forgot to mention about Dice is the line where Saiki invites you in and asks if you want the candy or the whip !!!
Lollapalooza is 'stellar and spectacular beyond belief'
Thank you
Play official live video, do that one next.
Definitely.
Another great all female Japanese is Lovebites. Winds of Transylvania is great one to start with.
Hanabie - We Love Sweets
Nemophila - Oiran
Lovebites - Judgement Day
Babymetal - Monochrome
Maximum The Hormone - Yoshu Fukushu
Band-Maid is very much a live band, check out any of their live songs to see what they can really do! ruclips.net/video/3LxX_t4vg7U/видео.html
Official live "Domination" or their official live recording of "Play" or "Real Existence" live...
From Now On
Onset
Without Holding Back
Giovanni
Just to name a few are So Telling of their Musicianship.
To hear Band Maid Luve is the Ultimate Treat.
Such songs as ( Freedom, Puzzle, Domination, Dont You Tell Me.just to name a few, there are so many more.
I believe if im not mistaken their catalog exceeds 150 songs and still goin.
Band Maid is a Band of Such Phenomenal Musicians 😊
Just Push Play and Enjoy Superb Phenomal Music.
Giovanni isn't instrumental. And without vocal, it still sounds something is missing.
Go bandmaid
I think I commented on your last Band-Maid reaction that they are THE best band on Earth. I thought I'd add tsome more info this time...they are STILL THE best band on Earth. PS They do it all note perfect live. Also, there English subtitles on this DICE MV.
Be sure to react to the Official LIve version of Domination.
they are much heavier than pop punk, i'd say they more melodic hard rock
With an amazing groove!!
If you ever saw Downton Abby you would know the head maid wore a black dress. Turn on captions .
- Definition from Wikipedia
So the doll is there to draw your attention to the lyrics.
Any one talk about the intentional "gap" between the cutesy maid get ups and the face melting high octane rock music?
ARIGATO for your Nice Comment!!
There are many female bands in japan. In my opinion, LOVEBITES, BAND-MAID, and NEMOPHILA are Top Three Bands.
Especially, LOVEBITES are Super Skilled Band.
Please Watch Next Songs. "HAMMER OF WRATH"(live), "JUDGEMENT DAY"(live)
bass is MISA she plays barefoot and drinks whiskey Jim Beam on the stage loook on top of the speaker where she has bottle of JB
LIVE DOMINATION!!!! The regular MV is superb! Great art and graphics. Great sound but the visuals are stunning. That being said the LIVE version is far superior to the MV. Always go for the LIVE version with BandMaid.
With without a doubt live is usually superior to the studio with the Fabulous Five!
Dice is from the World Domination album released in 2018
Saiki wears a different type of Maid Outfit worn by the head honcho!!
I'M NOT A REAL BIG METAL HEAD GUY. BUT I LOVE NEMOPHILIA SECOND and VOB, OUT OF INDONESIA THIRD !
The Situation Van Damme
The thing about a band like this, this isn't a "let's go in and roll tape and we'll see what happens"...No...Not that there's anything wrong with that, I often enjoy that approach, but you have to respect something that people have obviously had to seriously commit to. You can't be wanking around in this band, or you'll be lost...
Red Rose Miku interview: lead singer Saiki wears a "Domintrixic" maid outfits whereby her male fans wish she would step on their backs.
LOLOLOLOLOLOL Very true !!!!!
Make sure and watch Domination LIVE video not the mv. To truly understand their songwriting you need to see it live in front of an audience.
I will second this, they are a must-watch/listen.
Just my opinion. Don't get hung up on the lyrics and simply enjoy the music. Lost in translation is a thing.
Another band you should check out is The Warning. They are from Mexico. Together with these great bands from Japan they are showing the younger generation how rock and roll should be played.
They are all wearing maid uniforms it was explained
Nemophila next for sure!
パンカーはguitarソロなど出来ないと思いますが?
Thanks so much nice reaction!
Their Live`s performance better than this!
なんだコイツ
Turn off the subtitles. They are just distracting. If you want to know the lyrics, which include a lot of English, look them up beforehand.
This is an old song, as evidenced by AKANE’s Tiny Hat. Their sound has evolved considerably since then. Try SENSE, or their latest single, SHAMBLES, next.
Love this BAND but checkout Lovebites
Something sounds funny here. Do you have the speed on 1.25 maybe?
PLEASE do lovebites
Lovebites is much better 😊
No, but they are different and quite good. n their own way even if their music can get repetitive.
Different genre. Apples and oranges
Maybe if you just like metal but the bites nowhere near as creative as the maids. Obviously both bands have great musicians.
All personal preferences. Still, not a constructive comment.
@rogerchance9074 well there is more tasteless people on the tube not to mention lack of musically knowledge 😁🤘
