what happen to all the buildings at the bottom of the dam when it was finished? i think it was all flooded when the lucky peak dam was built, but im not sure.

So, what do they do just leave it until it breaks? Dams don't last forever.
It's maintained by the Army. Signs are everywhere. It still works beautifully, and is quite a sight.
