They don't do that in India. I mean she doesn't even have a sample of Oobleck for demonstration ! She is also wrong in the beginning as Water, Oil, gasoline, alcohol and even glycerine are examples of Newtonian fluid.

India is full of theoretical knowledge. Primary reason why India can't manufacture its own vaccine and needs the US to release patent.
