Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame - ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

How did your RUclips get so many views and subscribers? Is it the time of day you post? Did you post every single day? I am posting on RUclips every other day with no traction.
If you watch the entire vid I’ll break down exactly how I did it. But I pretty much posted every day twice a day at 12PM and 3PM for 10 days. I think this type of video is one that’s engaging so it causes people to watch longer and the longer people watch the more RUclips pumped out these videos.

You won't be able to monetize these channels because they're not original content. Everything is AI generated or copied and pasted from the Canva program. To get monetized, it has to be ORIGINAL.
