Replace Shimmerlinn with Balance in Moderation (cyclone strike perma). You will farm faster. Use Crippling Insight helm for triple palm dash. Shoulder can use Fate Alight for more skill dmg. You will clear mobs instantly.
You don't need movement speed when you have double triple dash (3x Mystic Strike n 3x Palm Dash).
Alternatively, can replace Mystiv Strike with Flying Kick n using Spoke of the Wheel, FK range n Tottering Tower. For even more mobility.
But Branding Bond can go through wall which is better in many ways.

Could you try PvP? Not sure if it's just in my server, but there are bugs with shield and sided kick that really affects performance.
