After all 75 years of batman I kinda agree with Jason the villains will continue to come back and back but by killing them is not going to stop them every important villain that has died has been brought back one way or another the only way to stop them is to make stories so bad that the reader or viewer will stop watching and then everyone will stop
It gives the feel of the dark night, but with its GREAT own story,new story btw,good animation,and voice acting,come to think of it,This was made by the persoon Who dabs in streams,lol 👍

Well, making this take on a new Batman-Joker story feel like the Dark Knight was the whole point, because I wanted to make an origin story to the Dark Knight version of the Joker and make my own story out of it, so he would obviously talk about his scars because that's one of the highlights of his origin story.
