Dude, I get panic attacks in Walmart too. I used to think I was just weird. But I'm reading the comments here and I see it's kind of commonplace. That's strange. Something about Walmart, man lol.

Marko Kostic Hi Marko, I sympathize with you. Panic attacks are awful! I suffered with them for years. Back in my teen years I actually would not leave my home for the most part because they were so bad. My mom saw an infomercial on tv for the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program by Lucinda Bassett. I ordered it and went through the program. It is really about changing your thought process. It takes lots of practice. Each day got a little easier. I do occasionally still get anxious symptoms, but I am able to talk myself down from it before it develops into a full blown panic attack. The program back then was about $500 (that was about 17 years ago). I'm not sure what it would cost now. It was expensive, but well worth it. Let me know how it goes with your therapist. I will keep you in my prayers.
Lol poor asmr mommy on your own haha. Ok will ,, u leave mama hanging on asmr lol but I think maybe it's bc somoneeee doesn't wanna unload groceries haha. My daughter does this all the time lol. Bahahah I knew it lol. Well at least u brave enough to tell the" hubs" lol ( is how I call it lol ) bc I wayyy to scared to say about asmr. Lol. I can already say ahead of time he wld be looking at me like I m crazy lol. But only one I ever tell is baby girl lol. ( her bday is tomorrowwwwww ahhhhhh tomorrow I become mommy of TEENAGER GIRLLL !!!! Uhhh lol. I nottttt ready to say she's teenager lol but God blesses me so much so just happy for all the many years we get to have so far lol. Now I hope she doesn't start w the attitude lol. Next thing I hear about is her saying mama I want to drive lol. Not ready for it haha. We own limousine business so I try to keep her from driving for longgg time as possible lol ( and when she read this she say yeahhh right mama lol. Just wait n c ;) but I commend u guys u can be brave about your asmrs bc Uhhh I am too scared to say things about it haha I just wait for the day when someone I know say have I ever heard of it and then I will breathe relief about it haha. Well tell the hubs that he missing out lol. I cldnt imagine not getting asmr. I just glad other ppl get as well. For years I think somethjnf wrong w me lol ;) well take care my friends !!
