The Cell battery is a SR527SW also know as a V319 or a SR64 battery. It's 1,5 volt and the measurements are 5.80 x 2.70 mm (diameter x height)

2 coin cells and one AAAA battery (E96/LR61, 1.5V)

You didn't have say how you would find the battery for bluetooth. Nor in what case would you need to replace tips

Try checking the batteries is the only idea I would recommend. Both the small watch cells and the AAAA size.
