if you want the scanner only it doesnt matter where you start because once you get the scanner you always can get it from the omega symbol at the start

Try getting wrath after A-400, pnevma starts spawning there the most. Use normal flashlight and flicker it to gather them up
You can solo sloth by not running, just try to be very careful and don't rush through

I got wrath after a-500, but I get impression they spawn the most at A-700, so you could try grinding those if you're unlucky

ngl, i just started watching the video and noticed that you have your scanner on near a-100 too much, that's gonna waste alot of battery
the wiki says if you have a full charged scanner and silent running is on it will take about 40 secs for the scanner to run out of batteries
