Listen to all of the birds. Lanai screen protector around pools is slowly becoming more popular around here, because more common in central Florida. Definitely helps keep them clean, no small critters can get in, like snakes. Told that have to slash the screens if a major hurricane is coming, to not lose the whole structure. Had the same in Tampa FL. It's very nice, I just don't like yellow on or in homes. Very nice yard. It's a nice warm tone here on the outside. Goes well with the house. As long as not too contemporary linear design, it goes well for me. I'd still rather a celadon slight green gray tone, or in the beiges. Go with absolutely everything. Have to be careful about paint colors. Totally different would be, in the rust reddish tones.

Don’t buy here. Utilities are over burdened. No thought to the future.
