  • A 200 + mile ride starting from Redmond (Marymoor Park) to Bellingham out and back over a two day period.
After missing STP 2022, we decided to take on this new route introduced by Cascade Bicycle Club in place of the Seattle to Vancouver B.C. ride. Dad and I that is. Mom was out with a fractured collar bone. It was indeed a tough one. We managed to complete the whole route on the first day. As for the second, we decided to take a late start and skip the nasty hill taking off from Bellingham and start in Arlington. No shame in recognizing your limits folks. Regardless, this ride will be shown throughout the course of four videos, because combining them into one and publishing it would take FOREVER. With the exception of the hill outside of Bellingham, day two is the same route seen throughout the video. There was no point in filming it twice when dad and I were on our way back to Marymoor Park on the second day. So to wrap up the video, I simply filmed when we rode from Maltby to the finish line, ha ha. Enjoy!
    P.S.
This was for you, mom. Thank you, and little sister, for being there to support us, and to all Cascade Bicycle staff and riders who participated in this event. Enjoy the ride!
Filmed with the GoPro Hero 8 Black
