Is this show anyone else's childhood except for mine? Since this recreation of the theme song, it was just badass, hands down once again yet another amazing masterpiece cover from Niall Stenson!

The season itself takes place in 2025 (though the Omega & Nova Rangers did travel back in time like the Time Force Rangers did). The only time S.P.D takes place in the year it was filmed (2005) is during the Dino Thunder team up in 'History' as 'Wormhole' took place during 2004 (during the events of the season Dino Thunder)

Same here!!! I am currently rewatching the season with my friend. It's so good. It is well written especially with the rangers. S.P.D. is definitely in my top five seasons of Power Rangers.

Ah yes, the series that got me introduced to Power Rangers. Which is why this theme is pretty special to me, and once again, another great performance.
This was my season when I was a kid at the age of 8 in 2005 and my first season that I was introduced to Power Rangers, used to patrol the playground with my SPD morpher clipped to my belt, this was the only season that appealed to me along with Mystic Force which followed in 2006
I've got to say S.P.D is one of my favorite power ranger series.
It's a toss up between SPD and RPM if ya ask me.
