Loved it!! The only feedback I have is that it'd be nice for the "subtitles" (in your voice overs) to be static rather than kinda popping up every couple of seconds - having them be static and maybe less rapid fire would make them more readable over the long term. 😊

Ah Diluc, the character I wanted the most after seeing him in his cool custcene and after reading the manga. He was my first ever 5 star character (happened in 1.2 and I've been playing since 1.0) and at the time I didn't understand pity or the wish system so I was really happy to get a five star. Was building him back then and realised I had a WGS chillin in my inventory that I unknowningly got from the Standard. Quite later around 1.5-1.6 I fully built his artifacts and stuff (I took the game very slow at the start I reached AR50 around 1.5-1.6 literally after 10 months of playing lol). My F2P Diluc unfortunately doesn't have a Pyro DMG Bonus Cup (I have PTSD from Crimson Witch and Thundering Fury Domains. I can handle VV for soem reason). But he is still great. 3.1k atk (wgs and atk sands and atk goblet), 53/141 crit ratio. Gets 3.6k atk from wgs passive and goes upto 5.1k with Bennett's burst using Aquila Favonia. Been using him forever now and glad to see him being used by you despite people still thinking "he is outdated". Mine does DMG upto 70%-80% as yours (not crowned any talent). And trust me you are gonna be so happy that you decided to build Diluc right now (you will understand why pretty soon :). Anyway I am soon gonna convert into a Heizou main (Diluc isn't getting benched but he will be used less often once I finish building the supports for Heizou but Diluc will always come back in my party). I've already been pre-farming for Heizou (I'm a leak watcher and I'm way too hyped lol) and he is gonna be my first ever triple crowned character let alone the first ever crowned character. Tho good to see my Diluc Main legacy will be continued by you while I invite the newcomer.

Lucky, I didn't get him until the Childe rerun after losing pity
He was my first 5* from the standard banner in 1.2(also playing since 1.0), and he still my main Pyro Dps alongside xiangling, i don't even use other Pyro characters, my level 40 diluc and level 50 kaeya carried me through the entire dragonspine in 1.2 so I'm not abandoning him 🔥

Tip: If you do get a Wolf's Gravestone, Swap out your Timepiece for an Elemental Mastery one and you'll be set for life. EM will boost his Vape damage to ludicrous levels
I gave him sucrose em Time piece and he literally shread the abyss lector shield with kaeya (melt diluc is a beast) , his Pyro infusion after his cheap burst is broken in my book.
I just dont have it. So yeah, i come with mono pyro instead. Easy to play and no need mechanic

I'm glad you did this! I never get bored of his 3 E combo and I wish they add this to future characters. To be honest, Diluc can easily climb back up to the ranks if only he gets a Crit DMG weapon that fits his kit, much like how Homa is to Hu Tao

@@seanmalikdansaldo7375 yeah the damage scale on his ult is in two times, at the start and at the end, which btw the second hit never happens with big ennemies and thus makes it useless
@@VladivskyJr That would be great, giving older characters a "remix" where they buff their passives, etc. Even a buff to damage wouldn't hurt.
Dude, I always said there was hidden potential in Diluc. I mean, just look at how Mihoyo (hoyoverse) introduced the man. XD I freaking love Diluc.

absolutely love the love for the 'old' DPS! He was so cracked in early game times and now people ignore him but I also 'accidentally' played with him and now I'm building him. He's so fun! Also, I appreciate you not being a 'meta-slave' and/or concentrating on new characters only for the clicks but instead you go with what you personally like which is so much more authentic^^.

As a Diluc main myself with a triple crowned Diluc, I have the utmost love for this entire process! He is so much fun to play and I never regretted a single resource I put into him. (Now if only I could get a single constellation on him or a WGS, that would be neat as well :'D)

@@bhavya5692 his nas do as much as his Es why would you NOT level them, youre missing so much dps 😭 like my normals after burst doe 56k on vape (granted you cnat vape all of them, but even then his normals do 10k minimum each hit)

my man is finally getting the love he deserves. to think that one of the first characters in the game, a character who never even got a dedicated banner for himself, was the gold standard of damage back then. i am maining him since a year now and honestly he carries me so hard.

Literally the Best strongbox artefacts I’ve ever seen in one batch.
This was so good and I love the format of the video. I love seeing people get invested in a character and there's something exciting about crowning them. When I first crowned one I wanted to tell everyone. It took me ages to get Diluc but I really like playing him and I pair him with my C6 Bennett. They work well together. Throw in Kazuha too and it's a good day.

I did Tripplecrown my Aloy because I loved her Playstyle and she is a Traveler like Aether. Also it's so cute in co-op seeing people surprised when someone has a build Aloy, and that's really motivates me.

Diluc was my first five star and carried me up through Liyue (until I got Xiao on the first banner, and then many others), but I haven't used him in a while and I hadn't built him properly. You inspired me to take the time to build him better (it's not perfect yet) and it's so much fun to use him again! And it's nice to see him hitting high numbers even though I haven't finished his build. Glad to see him getting the love/attention he deserves!

oh man was that fun to watch! its so great to see anyone get that hyped building n playing diluc as recent as 2 weeks ago lol, most ppl say he's too weak because he doesnt have a big screencappable dmg number, but his 3x e and the pyro infusion after 40 energy burst is honestly pretty crazy. i love how i never have to farm energy for him and can spam it off cd without feeling guilty. i also really enjoy having actual combos to work with, also iirc his pyro infusion doest disappear if u chara swap.
im also insanely excited for his new skin!!!
edit: also xiangling's c6 also buffs pyro dmg in party during her burst (i think) tho i dunno how team comp would work lol

honestly he does very well at high investment, and considering chances are (for example that flower woth hp%) artifacts you get while farming for him could work for hu tao (and or vise versa) and also we might eventually get a mistsplitter/thundering pulse/homa for claymores (aqua and redhorn both have low base atk and kagura has a mid passive for a lot of characters) so chances are he could get better

The fact that the same thing happened to me and i "accidentally" built Kaeya and used the exact team comb but Diluc replaced with him
Dilucs so underrated!! He always gets replaced by other five star claymores but I still use him for my main dps

YES YOU GO !!! as a kaeya main who never cared about what anyone said and build him ever since I started at version 1.1 I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY that it is so worth it to just go for the characters you enjoy playing. If you think the playstyle is fun, if you think their animations are cool or if you're just down bad for the character... it doesn't matter 😎 I now have a maxed out kaeya who does 100k with his E and 25k per hit of his icicles and I'm just vibing. Heck I even build gorou dps cause I thought he's cute. I RESPECT YOU SO MUCH BRANDON one day I will finally get diluc too and build him as well 😌

I got Diluc too last week after trying to get Xiao (he went from a 'want have Chara' to a 'must have Chara' after the Archon quest)
But I was actually happy that even if I lost, I lost to Diluc who I wanted too^^
Now he is level 90 his talents on the way and critical rate/dmg at 50%/165%)
But the domain was such a pain. I got 5 or 6 defense artifacts IN A ROW!!!
For now I'm done with artifacts since my luck has run out apparently, but I guess sooner or later I will farm again xD

When I got him the first time I didn't paid attention to him. Then he came home again with his weapon within 10 pulls at standard banner and at that point I knew what the universe was telling me. I built him and he freaking smacks. Now he is my go to Pyro Character.

I have lv 90 double crowned Diluc (will eventually triple crown) and I think it's hilarious that you have Hu Tao but still went for Diluc! Mad respect, my dude. I never rolled for Hu Tao because Diluc was the only pyro DPS that really caught my attention and he's so fun to play. Hope you enjoy his new delusion skin next week
I love Diluc, he, Kaeya and Xiao were the characters that led me to play the game back in 1.0. I always wanted to get him but RNGOD said "no diluc for you" and so I was Dilucless till 2.0. I still regret not building him when I got him because I got PTSD from the Hu Tao set(I benched her and regret having pulled her). Now I'm trying to compensate that and started to build him in 2.6. He still isn't done but I'm having alot of fun playing him and even using him in Spiral abyss

I have lvl 90 well built hutao, xiao, ayaka and ayato. Some of the strongest dps in the game but I still build my c2 diluc because I really like his personality and aesthetic (bonus that I got his signature weapon on the standard banner 😅). Now he is lvl 80 and will still co tinue to grind until I can max level his up. Great video again, btw. 💚

I kinda became a geo main by accident (or rather by chance) I farmed Crimson for months for Diluc, got nothing. So I decided to do every domain and stick to the element with the best Artifacts. Turned out to be Archaic Petra, now I love my Geo Characters :3
