Thank you. We took pride in making those "where in Wilmington" shows. We really appreciate the kind words. Very cool of you to take the time to let us know. Hope you and your family are doing well. Regards, WITN.
When you walk into this most beautiful church, my grandparents names are written on the right wall. They are two of the founders. My parents were married here and I was Baptized. This displays the beauty and strength of my polish heritage.
what we need are the Felician Nuns and more support of parachial schools. I grew up in the polish neighbor hood. It was a wonderful childhood at So. Van Buren and Elm Sts. I am proud to say I am now a Babcia!
My great great grandparents got married there in 1913 by father Gulcz. They moved to Wilmington with my great grandfather's brother-in-law Stanisław Grabowski brother of Jan Grabowski. If anyone knows his family please respond - I'm trying to get some info regarding Stanisław first wife, my great grandfathers siter.
Very nicely done, I grew up there so it's nice to learn more about the rich history of our beginnings
