Hi Maddy (not sure if that's the right spelling). It's a great and comforting feeling knowing that your parent's are available when you need them. Don't feel bad about having to take a step back (into your old room). You're not alone. I had to do that as well as has A LOT of other people. The old joke is when the children move out, the parent's sell the house and buy a bigger one because the kids will be coming back. Life is all about moving forward with the occasional step back. It feels weird because your friends are moving forward with their lives and you are feeling left behind. Same feeling as when you get sick for a few days and then go back to school only on a much bigger scale. Perfectly natural feeling. You are dealing with it very maturely. Think these videos may be helping you as well. You will of course pick up a new path for yourself and moved forward as time goes on. You are 21 (still a puppy hehe). To you it may feel old but to a retired guy like me, you are just starting. Old cliche. 'You have your whole life ahead of you.' I went back to University and College after I got out of the military (in my 30s) so you're never too old. Told you. I'm old and have been around the block a few times (I like to think of it as getting wiser lol). If you want Dolly in the trailer, put Dolly in the trailer. It's your trailer. Decorate it however you want. I've got stuff in my place that others will raise eyebrows at but that's ok - it's my place, not theirs. Must be nice to have a room that size. My old kids room, if you sneezed, you blew the walls out lol. Just kidding. It was ok and I was small at the time. 😁 Does that mean I get to charge you therapists rates?🤣 See if you can get in a relaxing walk and some George and Bo hangout time each day. Will be good for you and you know George and Bo will love it. Boy, these keep getting longer. Somehow parents don't understand but others do.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You know what's so funny?? You'll get to go through the same thing if you have kids. The circle of life. When you look at the really big picture, life is pretty neat (man I'm old - can't believe I just said 'neat' 🤣).
Don't think about it as moving back in, think about it as a break from the norm. Your trailer will be back in no time and you will be back in it thinking about your room you just left.
Just thought of something. If you want to feel like you're not wasting time and wasting away, see if there is something you can do to keep the brain going like learning something. I'm learning Norwegian (planning a trip to Norway in the near future). Anything that will give you a sense of accomplishment.

Girl... why did you drop out of school? Get back there and get your education while you're still young..... you don't want to work dead end jobs for years and years and then feel like it's too late to go back to school. While you're still living with your parents, take advantage of it and go get a degree. It will get you outta the funk you're in, you know, staying busy and working towards your goals. Don't waste away your years when you're still young, that's my advice for you.
Thanks but I was actually ordered to drop out of school by my doctor after trying for a year and a half. I’m planning on going back once I’m healthy again
