Any certification goes only as far as you can take it. If you got what you wanted from your MBA, you may not need this certification. If you want it as an add on skill, it's worth considering.

I'm doing internship in HR and wanted to know how helpful this certification would be in terms of getting a good paid job in India? Like how much difference it makes while getting an offer letter? I may sound like money heist but in my humble opinion I feel that if m invstin ₹1lakh+ (big amount for Middle class) is it really worthy in terms of returns? like u mentioned it didn't help u with any immediate promotions or sort of. What level of salary hikes or promotions or recognition one can expect from present or future recruiters being MBA graduate? Thanks for your kind efforts 🙏
Hi WeLoveRadio. No, you do not sounds like a money heist. Salary is an important part of your life. There is no way to put an exact amount to these things but the salary ranges of people with management certifications is generally higher. Again, these raises do not come immediately. Raises happen over a period of time.

Hi Ninad IIM and XLRI are great institutes. I don't necessarily think one is better or worse. It depends on what one is looking for. Both give you a good network. SHRM is headquartered in a different country and has a global perspective. IIM and XLRI are works class institutes. Please look at the course outlines and decide what fits your needs. Good luck!
