Bro, I passed the exam with less than 1 week of prep. Your videos are enough to pass this exam and would recommend all to just mug up the questions. I got at least 5 questions from this test series. Thank you so much. I am planning to give Certified Tableau Data Analyst as well. Do you have any video series for that as well ?
Congratulations for your certification Shrey 👏 . I wish you the best for your future. I will update once i will create Playlist for data analyst certification. Keep watching my videos ❤️
shreyshah7133 what other sources should I study from ? also were you working with tableau before this or it is just 1 week since you were introduced to tableau ?
Hello, option C can't be correct. If you go with a new data source option, it will add data source as a separate connection. But the question was how we can add additional connection. I also explained it in my video. I hope it will clear your doubt
@@AllAboutDATA100 Hi, I still didn't get it, what is the difference between separate connection and additional connection? I mean still both connection would be present and we can blend them, right? it's not that the older connection will be replaced like for the firs option.
I am planning to take the Tableau Desktop Specialist exam. I have a question regarding the exam guidelines. Are we allowed to open the Tableau Desktop application during the exam?
Hi thanks very much for the detailed video, but can u clear my doubt on qn number 39, it will create null values if the column names are different in both the tables, so shouldn't the answer be B and C?
Hi, thank you for Asking Question. Yes, you are right. But Union is used to combine two or more tables by appending values (rows) from one table to another. If we have different Name, Union doesn't append the rows, but it will keep them as a separate Column with Null Values. I Hope this will clear your doubt. For more info you can refer - help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/union.htm#tableau-desktop-and-web-authoring-tableau-cloud-and-tableau-server
thanks for the details, so the question is poorly formatted or intentionally ambigous to add to confusion. - From documentation , Ideally, the tables that you union have the same number of fields, and those fields have matching names and data types
In question 30, why didn't you choose C? I mean, the related fields must be the same as it's written in the Tableau documentation, please LMK if I missed something
Hello, if you read the option carefully, it was mentioned that similar data aggregated at different levels. It does not mean field names are not the same. It means if one table has data at daily level and another table can have data at the yearly level. It is called similar data aggregated at different levels. I hope it will clear your doubt
Great video! However, there seems to be an error regarding unions in Tableau on question 39. Since version 10.0 (released in 2016), Tableau supports cross-database unions. Therefore, "tables cannot be unioned from different databases" is incorrect. The correct points are that union columns need to be the same data type and having the same names is beneficial. Both A and C are incorrect but A is more incorrect so the correct selection should be B and C
Q37 answer marked is incorrect, it should be right join coz we only want students from the after school class which is the right table. inner join would be students who are taking both day class and night class so answer should be C - right join. please check.
Currently watching this for my next week exam, wish me luck brother
I wish you the best for the exam. You will definitely clear the exam. Keep me posted after exam

That would be great to have that Data Analyst Playlist 🙌
Hi
@ftwnoor6750 hello
shreyshah7133 what other sources should I study from ?
also were you working with tableau before this or it is just 1 week since you were introduced to tableau ?
Hello Thanks for the tuto, Question 27 the answer is A, you said A but wrote B
I just finished the video, Great one. Thanks
Thank you so much for informing me. I will update in the description.
Awesome. Thank you
I am glad you liked it !!!🙏
For question 26, I think C is also correct (making the answer B & C). At least, that is my experience.
Same here! I think both A&C are correct

QNO- 29 WE HAVE CROSS DB JOINS TO CONNECT MULTIPLE DATABASES?
For Q 26 and 27 you explained good, but the answers marked there are incorrect.
For Q26 - ans is correct and for Q27- i marked B instead of A.
Sorry for my mistake
Q21- Answer A should be double click on logical table. but the answer option is double click on logical layer which is wrong.
Q37 answer marked is incorrect, it should be right join coz we only want students from the after school class which is the right table. inner join would be students who are taking both day class and night class so answer should be C - right join. please check.
Q27 answer mistakenly u written as B instead of A
