I really have a love and hate relationship with Kiela. She’s such an advocate for “peoples rights” and what’s right and wrong, but when it comes to those things she’s such a hypocrite. I forget her boyfriends name, but with the protest thing she wouldn’t listen to him at all in fact in the episode it’s stated she’s a “wanna be seen” and bully type of activist. She even made Junior feel some type of way with her it’s doesn’t matter what you think D-List rating, which is why homegirl was rushing to get him out the door so her boyfriend who’s very against that wouldn’t hear!!! She completely did a 180 with her answer.

This was good, it shows that eventhough it was a one night stand they both felt valued and genuinely connected. Nothing more came out of it, but neither felt disrespected or used after it.
P.S.- This isn't me condoning one night stands. I'm simply happy they both enjoyed the experience, too often we here how people have felt used or disrespected during or after a one night stand.

I mean it kind of is being used and disrespected. The trick is being ok with it. Like, if this is a one night stand not really here to make a bond or "be there for you" I want your body and you want mines, Being used. The disrespect part comes with making a list for the entire school to see. Like that part is wild. Some guy could be feeling insecure and get a 1 star rating and now he's fucked at school.

Exactly. She keeps trying to justify doing the very things she's against. Some dude years ago did something and the girls retaliated. It should have ended there but instead a bunch of guys years later still getting objectified bcuz. It's like "we want you to live like we have" one moment, then "you will never understand what it's like for us" the next vibes from her. He wasn't into it but she didn't want to be respectful and take him off or apologize. Idk.

He said he was not a one night stand kinda guy....... yet he had a one night stand with her. And later on.......with all those others who read his rating. The writing on this show is weak. Total 180 on his Blackish character. He's really losing his flavor since being on this show. Should've had his own spinoff from Blackish, maybe with Jack and Diane as his wards.
For real. Also, when did sexually rating people become morally acceptable? I would never approve of a list where girls were rating on a scale of 1-10 and most other people wouldn't either. So why is it ok to do the same thing to a boy?

Y’all just want to complain. He slept with those girls after thinking/talking to confidants. And he felt bad afterwards, then had to be talked to again to let him know it’s not that big of a deal. It’s called character growth where Junior is learning that he can be selfish for once in his life
@@whycaninotfindagood Still WAY outta character for him, to the point of obvious TV scripted male fantasy. This whole thing reads more like a middle-aged man's mid-life crisis. Jr. was much more mature, while still having his quirky selfish nerdy moments when he lived at home near the end of Blackish and also when living in an adult relationship with his last girlfriend at their apartment. His personality stinks now and he's just like all the other disposable, boring soap opera lemmings running around on this show trying to bang each other and then switching partners just as fast for their next 1-week relationship. This is like Scholastic Tinder meets Musical Chairs.
Jr.'s lost his uniqueness, his flavor, he's regressed and unfortunately his personality is permanently trashed by moving to this show. It's too late now, but wish he had had his own spin-off, which would've included some of the Blackish cast. There's a reason Blackish won a bunch of Emmys early on for acting and writing and Grownish still hasn't, even after 5 seasons. Having Jr. on this show now is like someone going back to grade school after they successfully graduated high school with honors and then received post graduate degrees from the best universities. Weird, pointless and unnecessary.
