With all due respect, I love how the e60 looks and a big fan of the noise that the S85 V10 makes. But with the rod bearing issue, they are very notoriously unreliable. The e39 on the other hand is an extremely reliable car that can be dailied around. There's actually one in youtube that's done 400000 miles. Edit - Although I said the e60 is good looking too, it is still nowhere near how the e39 looks. The e39 is an automotive perfection ❤️
E46 is an amazing car, icon. BMW driver check list: 1. No blinker while overtaking - check 2. Overtaking over full white line - check 3. Staying in opposite side of road in curve with no visibility - check "If you ever feel useless, just remember there is a guy installing blinkers in BMW factory"

Honestly I am glad for anyone who is driving legendary cars - If I would have money to own eg. F40, I would drive it! There are collectors (they save money in rare cars), petrolheads (they love to drive cars) and petrolheads which are also collectors (they save money in rare cars but mainly they enjoy them) ;-) #nohate

the CSL one only available with SMG transmission (works like dual clutch). the base variant have manual transmission.

it fits the car. It has been top notch back when the car was new. I mean they developed it in the late 90s....
