The Franklin Canyon neighborhood is located at the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains, between the San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills. The biggest feature of the area is Franklin Canyon Park which is home to a 3-acre lake, a duck pond and over five miles of hiking trails.

This trip starts headed West on Sunset Blvd where we see and then pass the famous Sierra Towers on the right (01:00). We pass the famous Greystone Mansion (02:29) and cut though Beverly Hills to Coldwater Canyon (08:12) and eventually Franklin Canyon Drive (12:11). We hit the Franklin Canyon Reservoir at (18:05) where we loop around and head back through the canyon which provides scenic views of the city in the distance.
