I was testing with Android 17 Ki wave and found it did make the sound even the rising up hand animation but for the blast and wave nothing.
Time frame for Dragon Ball C is 2 years after the Majin Buu Saga but 2 years before The Battle Of Gods Movie and the Battle of God Movie takes place 4 years after the Majin Buu Saga so Dragon Ball C is in between after the Majin Buu Saga but 2 years before Battle of Gods
