Owner ka aadhar card wala mobile no. bike ke sath registered hona zruri toh nhi ? 2. Parivahan site me id kya usi bnde ki chaiyae jo bike sale kr rha hai .... I mean ki jo person bike bech rha hai uska mobile no toh bike ke sath registered hai hi nhi toh fir ye apply kaise kru ..... kya aisa ho skta hai ki Jaise mera mobile number registered hai toh mai id me naam us bnde ka rakh du jiske naam pe bike hai . 3 . Adhar card pe seller ne apna naam thoda update kraya hai eg : Rohan Dev Singh (RC Name ) Rohan Dev ( Adhar Card Name ) isse koi chkkr toh ni bnega.... clear these things yr.
