Once I heard an argument like "you were asking for it" I went to ask them "so you'd agree that I would be in my full right to beat you for saying something so stupid?" Strangely enough they didn't agree with me...
“I’m a vindictive bitch” Yes girl, show no mercy what kind of person blames a 14 year old girl for her sexual assault. I am glad she doesn’t have to be around the victim blaming people who claim to be family
In the state where they live.... 14 counts as a child.. so it was pedophilia.
I’m so damn mad on that child’s behalf I can’t stand it.
The medical/psych issue: the handling of medical records is atrocious...those records should be with personnel or locked up at ALL times. At my small local hospital, the ER doc (and nurses) checks name and dob with every interaction where treatment of any sort is being prescribed/performed. Medication without information is dangerous. I ended up being denied rehabilatative care post-covid because I was deemed uncooperative after being given prozac...who knows how much. I had extreme anxiety attacks and was unable to walk without help...a change from before prozac. I am filing complaints with medical boards against the hospital and hospitalists.
I am apalled at this story, but based on my experience, I believe it. Get a lawyer and sue them to the fullest extent possible.
The psych situation is not right and sounds like a scam for them to charge his insurance more. The comments I. The video piss me off because they ignore the fact that this is a documented occurrence in our healthcare system. The fact that they lied about the wife going and causing a scene is a huge red flag.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's a HUGE scam. If my local hospital treated me like that, I'd be dead right now. I went to the ER years ago aggressive, angry, suicidal, the works, but I was also not eating fear nearly a month. They treated me medically and found out I was in DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis which would have killed me if it wasn't caught.) Had OPs hospital treated me, I'd be dead. Sad that people turn to hospitals for help just to have the hospital turn on them.
The "doctor" commenting made me mad, too! Saying things like "Psych evals are a common question when going to the ER." I've been to the ER many times and never was asked about my mental health. Also saying he'd prescribe the same drugs as well as write down "Paranoid" on the charts? Remind me never to go to his hospital as well as the one OP went to. The hospital OP went to was basically threatening them: "Take this medicine and do what we say, otherwise if you can't fall in line and cooperate, you can't leave." I'm sorry, what? Nope the eff out of there.
Honestly a mob is running that hospital this is more common than you can imagine
@@KE-hr4sb right?? I’m sorry, but from my point of view, that doctor sounded completely ignorant. If the wife was extremely alarmed and agitated too.. wouldn’t it be natural to assume that the staff was creating an environment that created unnecessary agitation all around? Also, the binder thing is ridiculous.. I work in a non-clinical healthcare setting.. and even we have extremely strict rules about keeping patient information out in the open like that. Any binders and files must stay covered/closed.. or directly under your eyes and in your hands.
Now I’m no doc, but I do suffer from mental health issues so I feel like I have valid perspective on OPs experience.
I had a full-on psychotic episode when I was 18, then another when I was 19. I was a vegetarian my entire teenage years. Unfortunately, I never supplemented my vitamin b12 due to general ignorance. I was diagnosed with severe b12 deficiency during both episodes. Beyond that, I’ve also suffered with severe depression for about 7 years in my 20s. I was apprehensive about getting proper treatment because of the bad experiences I had with those 2 psychotic episodes. The issue is that some doctors believe b12 deficiency can cause psychosis. Others don’t believe it can. I was put on anti-psychotics that absolutely sucked the life out of me. I was “zombified” and “off” the entire time I was on them. Even after the episodes, I appeared “crazy” to my friends and family. I went off them and immediately got better.. my uncle pointed out that the color was back in my face, and I finally seemed to be “recovering.”
Over the years a hard time getting proper treatment for my depression because of these past 2 episodes. Since they where on record, doctors dealt with me like I could unexpectedly go manic at any given point. I was never offered an anti-depressant because SSRIs can trigger manic episodes in people with bipolar disorder. I wasn’t officially diagnosed bipolar, but the psychotic episodes I suffered from 7 years prior heavily effected every decision a doctor made for me… despite having no other “psychotic” symptoms.
I moved out of state, and finally got better treatment after being hospitalized for attempted suicide. The city I’m in has a better mental health systems/resources in general. I finally found a doctor who didn’t treat me like a “psyche case,” ready to go off-the-rails at any moment. I was given an anti-depressant.. that’s it.. and it was the ticket I needed to get back on track. I told multiple doctors that I felt “high” on the cocktails of anti-psychotics I was given, yet I was never listened to.
My point is that getting an overzealous mental health assessment can negatively effect you for the rest of your life. It’s a shame that certain mental health conditions are so negatively stigmatized, even in the medical community. When I was “bipolar..”I was treated like my own opinions about myself don’t matter. I was treated like I can’t competently judge when a medication is adversely effecting me. If I protested, then I seemed even more psychotic. My feelings were treated like whims, not treatable symptoms. Now that it’s “major depressive disorder” I’m actually treated like a competent human who deserves to heal.. not just be placated with harsh medication.
I'm an EMT-B (licensed, not practicing) and my major is EMS. The 5150 story made me want to throw all of my textbooks at that whole hospital! It may just be that my training is different from theirs, but last I checked, all documentation of patient information must be secure, not in binders left on counters. It would have been okay if they were in the patient's room, but not just on the counter in a generally public space. Also, just stating a patient's first name is NOT enough to consider that patient identified. What if you had two patients with the same first name? Full name and date of birth are the two most common ways to identify a patient. This also may be just a difference in training, but I would be more worried about the fact that the guy was worried he was having a STROKE than if he was all there mentally. A stroke is considered life threatening and should be addressed before what that nurse was calling "paranoia". In regards to them losing the form stating that the wife has access to his medical information, I can practically hear my professors screaming at how horrible that hospital's records must be if they lose something as important as that. That story is the stuff of nightmares and I'm glad that the OP's husband got away from that hospital alright.
I bet they destroyed the form because the wife was asking questions they did not want to answer.
@@stephaniewilson3955 Yes that conveniently got lost. So dodgy.
Once I heard the words “For Profit” my suspicions were practically solidified. They want money. They don’t care about the patients at all.
I live in Washington and have delt with the ER a lot because of my partners medical issues. Seattle is in Washington. All ER's here where I live asks for date of birth then last and first name each time a person interacts. Also they should have all their records on computers as I have NEVER been to a facility that did not have computers in all rooms. As for it being a psychiatric area, I have had to deal with that too. And let me tell you once they got you in they are going to try to keep you as long as they can. I had to constantly hound one place to get my partner out after they lied to us and did not provide my partner with food that was safe for them to eat. I think the final threat of they would be taking my partner to the near by hospital with life threatening complications if they did not fix the food situation or send my partner home made them reconsider keeping my partner. My partner entered voluntarily and they kept trying to say that my partners (40 at the time) parents were their guardian and so they could not release my partner till my partners parents came in to pick them up. My partners parents live out of state, over a days drive away.
Also to add the facility lost my paperwork (HEPA release paperwork) saying that I had right to know what was happening to my partner so they would not talk to me. This seems common in the Washington mental health care system.
What’s your opinion at the people who were protecting what the hospital was doing??
Wow, that grandmother! You can tell who her favorite is. She is up in arms about the grandson who has been arrested and is having his life "ruined". But doesn't care one bit about that fact that this is all because he RAPED his minor cousin. She doesn't seem to have any concern or sympathy for the 14 year old who was violated. In fact, she is blaming her for it. Seriously? A minor's clothing choices control a grown adults criminal behavior? What a piece of work.
It reminds me of the 70's. It happened to me, and he said you deserve it for wearing those clothes. I'm very empathetic and sorry for her. She didn't deserve it at all

Oh, my goodness!! I'm so sorry you/we have all had to deal with such trauma and then gaslighting BS, but to have a parent or parents not be there either!!! MAN!!! I send all of my love out to all of us who have been attacked with great big ole hugs full of love acceptance, grace and peace!!!!
Mine was in 74/75 and by another who got me drunk before he started his crap, but I still fought back!! That one was around 83 (age 12ish) and there have been smaller things but still at minimum sexual harassment of at least 8 times woven into the years, until I reached 18. It was usually, people who didn't know me or my rep., because I started kicking arses after the 83 bit of anyone who even said the wrong thing and of course i confirmed intent! I still kick arse!!!
They claim to be men, to be so strong, they can do this and do that, and women will never be able to do most things men can't, and they can dang sure keep it their pants when the situation involves someone who could absolutely have the ability to call them on it and make things happen. IF they are all that they need to keep it in there unless it is with preferably a consenting permanent partner but partner at least. Nothing but weal grotesque animals with no self-control or will power!!!
The sheer amount of families who protect p*dophiles and rapists is terrifying. My heart goes out to everyone who has to deal with not only SA trauma, but the trauma that follows when family members either ignore/downplay/retaliate against the victim.
I am so very sorry for you all that got raped. It's a sad day when victims get revictimized. Damn😢
The lady with the bakery should post in the papers and her website that she absolutely refutes and denies any support for such a heinous organization. They are defiling her name for their own reasons and she in no way, shape, or form endorses their agenda.
My daughter's daycare would tale them to really big, deep lake. I found out that 1 boy tried to drown her. The daycare said NOTHING about it. My daughter told meand I went in there and asked about it. I was told that it was nothing. I asked if he held her head under water, they said yes. I flipped out. Needless to say that daycare closed down.
What exactly happened??
@@annaisnotdum3337 They didn't punish the kid or kick him out of the day care. I am sure exactly why the daycare closed down. But I did raise a big stink about it and I contacted the police to see if I could do anything. They contacted the daycare. I was told that it would be impossible to get anything done because there was no video of it and the teachers there told the police conflicting accounts.
Yayyy!
yeah yeah
Holy cow! How can the day care people think him holding your daughter's head under water not something disturbing or worthy to tell you. Also I can't believe they wouldnt punish or kick that boy out of their daycare. Why was the employee not.keeping and eye on the kids? Are they waiting for this boy to truth drown a child before they think it is something serious?? Glad you had them shut down.
I'm so angry and sick to my stomach about the daughter who got assaulted.
Father and Grandmother should be charged with obstruction of justice. Grandson who assaulted his poor cousin needs to have his junk burned off. No one deserves to be raped, no matter how they dress or act. Keep hands to yourself and remember that no actually means no and it applies to everyone, folks.
@@paden1865able Also, by not taking her for treatment, they should get destruction of evidence! God forbid that poor girl is pregnant by that cousin, but that baby would be evidence as well. Even if she aborts, the clinic can surrender the cells to the police. Also, they need to sue the grandmother and father for the pain and suffering they caused.
@@kellyk6652 Seems to me that they could also be charged w/ something like "depraved indifference" or negligence or contributing to the delinquency of a minor or conspiracy after the fact or all of the above.
The dad's side in its entirety are all sick jerks. I hope OP and her amazing daughter get justice. No child deserves to be assaulted no matter what they wear.
I work for a major hospital and we also have the two identifier rule. This is always done to avoid treated the wrong patient. I now live in a more rural setting and they also use the two identifier rule. I would expect that level of professionalism as I would for the provider to wash their hands before treating me. I have had to stop at a rural hospital many years ago and have been on antidepressants for over thirty years. The hospital I went to did not pull all of this kinda of stuff. They treated me for a panic attack. I found later that a medication I had started was interacting with the new meds.
I've been working in hospitals for a long time, and honestly, that hospital is so backwards it HAS to be a money grab. If a patient prefers to be addressed a certain way, we should be understanding to accommodate then until they are comfortable (especially with something like "please ask me for 2 identifiers.") I would really hate to see my chart out and about for anybody to see either. This hospital made EVERYTHING worse for the patient, they CREATED their own patient for money, and really could have done so much better to communicate with the patient and the family members. A lot of caregivers are dismissive of their patients and family member concerns, not even giving them actual answers. They (we) forget that these patients are often not medical savvy. They're scared. They're worried, and they want to know whats happening.
I completely agree, if you're concerned a patient is agitated you'd do what you can to keep them getting distressed if it is reasonable.
Furthermore, I work in an emergency department. If someone is concerned they're having any sort of episode that could be physical, it needs to be ruled out first. He should have had an ECG, if he was concerned about a stroke a FAST test. If he appeared to be having a psychotic episode he needs bloods to rule out infection as the cause of hallucinations. Immediately going down the mental health track without proper medical assessment is completely unjustified. Nurses shouldn't be giving medications if they don't know the side effects. Everything about this hospital sounds terrible.
yeah 2 identifiers always used where i am too
@@Justignorekas Same here
You know what I always wondered about? What goes trough the heads of cops, lawyers, prosecutors and judges that are made aware that a minor voluntarily produced child porn of themselves and then they arrest the child, charge the child, and find the child guilty of sex crimes... against THEMSELVES.
Seriously, try for one second and imagine arguing, in full honesty, that a minor should be on the sex offenders registry because they committed a crime where the victim was themselves; the person you're trying to argue should be on the sex offenders registry. This shit legitimately breaks my mind.
Omg, as a health care worker, the first story really got me. You'd be surprised how many nasty, power hungry people work within health services 😢. Don't get me wrong, I've met some amazing people in each position, but from my personal experience the higher the person is the more malicious they get. Some people don't get into the health services to help others but to climb the ladder. Sad but true 🙁

Re: the child and predator - OP also needs to make sure if the child goes to the library, to ensure she is monitored. A few years ago I went to a library to print a couple of things. I had to save the files to one of their PC's, but their system used numbers to name each file and there was no date stamp. Other docs were saved to the PC, so I had to open each file to find mine. It seems to me that that hospital did very little in regards to calming down OP or her husband. Even if they thought it was a psych case, they should have humored him a bit more or explained the situation. If a patient's spouse was freaking out about a possible stroke and you're just waving it away, then maybe stop and think about what that's going to look like to them? And if they think he's having a manic episode, then they shouldn't have aggravated the situation by all the chaos and refusing to work with the spouse.
The updates just make it sound WAY WORSE.
I can relate to their experience I was put in a mental facility for 3 days and as a type 1 diabetic received no specialized care (they didn't even know about my insulin pump and glucose monitor) and they gave me the wrong medication. While I felt I had no power to advocate for my care.
recently in hawaii a man was released from iirc three years in psych eval. because he refused to admit his name was the name they had him registered as. (n.b. it wasn't. so not agreeing to a name that wasn't his was right and proper.)
I totally disagree about it "not being normal to identify the patient multiple ways before giving meds, taking blood, etc. I've either been in or attended family members in multiple hospitals (6-7) during the last ten years. Each one had various versions of that (including scanning wristbands every time). Very much the norm. A hospital that doesn't do this nowadays would get sued!
Every hospital I’ve been in since the late 80s has done that.
I was tought that when i went to pre-med so I was confused to
This. I gave birth to a child and to get my prenatal vitamin (and other meds)but literally a VITAMIN required me to give my full name my date of birth, and have a wrists band scanned, followed by reading both the blister pack of the med and also my name before I was allowed to take them.
The response from that doctor was probably someone from that hospital

With the 12yr old girl: something I don’t see is talking to your child about what to do if they are captured. Example: Look for opportunities to get away, fight if you can, endure if you can’t. If your “boyfriend/captor” tells you that your family is mad at you and/or doesn’t want you/gave you away/sold you, so you can’t go home, remember that they are lying.

“Take back the swastika” sounds like a south park skit
The crazy part is that they clearly don't understand the symbolism of the Swastika. It never meant white supremacy or was ever a symbol for caucasians until Hitler came to power. If they were using it to go back to its original meaning (Which I couldn't place. I found it was used in Germanic religion, Hinduism, Buddhism amongst others) that would be wonderful. (All I could find is that the meaning was always positive.) That said it is NOT a Christian symbol at all. There was no other reason, other than racism and hatred, for "Christians" to adopt this symbol as their own.

‼️1:26:00 I would literally burn down my own home rather than let scamming squatters live there rent free. I would make them f****** miserable. I would even write them out a fake check to get them to leave the house. I would move right in with them and make them miserable, steal the "lease" they have. Let my dogs run free invite my friends over. Sometimes the law isn't there to protect you and you have to take matters into your own hands. I would rather see my house I just built burned to the ground. You could even frame them for the fire.
Yeah I have encountered this idiocy TWICE. The first time someone came to my house and said he was there to visit my oldest daughter - who did not, and had never lived there. He told me she told him she was going to be there in 10 minutes. My Daughter is bi-polar, and there's ALWAYS something going on. She called and I told her he was there waiting on her. She seemed to recognize the name, and said she would be there in 5 minute. Since it was extremely hot out, I invited him in and offered him a glass of tea. My daughter showed up and she had never seen him before. We asked him to find his way out the door.
An hour later, and he has found a water top of a scrap trailer next door, (where they were remodeling), and he is using the water heater as a battering ram to try to break my door down. I called the police. I was a disabled 54 year old new widow ( 6 weeks), and he was under 20 years old. The police cuffed him and put him in the car. About 20 minutes later one of the officers knocked at my door. He politely informed me that this young man told them that he lived here. They had asked him if he had any belongings in the house. He told them that I had thrown everything out but I had "kept" a paperback that belonged to him that I supposedly wanted for myself. After not finding it, he told the officers that he had stuck it between the sofa cushions. That SHOULD HAVE, IN MY EYES, PROVED to the police that he was lying.
Instead, police took the presence of the novel as "establishing proof of his residency", and I would have to go to court and have him legally. evicted. They said I didn't have to let him in my house, but I couldn't put him off of my property. And "whatever misunderstanding we had", he seemed like I nice young man, and it was really callous of me to put him out when he'd already paid ,- giving me all of his money - and knowing he had nowhere else to go. They left, and he proceeded to pick up the water heater and continued to use it as a battering ram until he finally managed to break my heavy wooden door and doorframe, while I was again on the phone with the police. This time they took him away for destruction of property. Late on a Sunday night, when I, as a broke widow was now left with no way to secure my home!
I have heard of other cases in recent years, but when these things happened it was unheard of. A year and a half after my husband died, I decided to go for two weeks and visit a friend out of state. The first night I was gone, my neighbor called me to tell me there was someone in my house. She had already called the police,so did I. An hour later an officer called me and told me that the "gentleman" he spoke with explained that he was watching the place while I was gone, but I may have forgotten our agreement due to my dementia. They assured me - and my neighbor - that my "son-in-law" was taking good care of my home for me. I informed the officer that NEITHER of my daughters was married. He told me to relax and enjoy my vacation! I was getting nightly calls from my neighbor, and there is a constant parade of people all night long! Police were called repeatedly and did nothing. I was told by my neighbor that people were moving furniture out! I called the police.(Big Whoop!) I was terrified to return home at the end of my 2 week vacation. My friend wouldn't be able to get away from work to accompany me back home for awhile, and he didn't want me to return on my own. So I waited a couple months until he got his vacation. We flew back together and when we went to go into my home it was immediately obvious that every brand new appliance I had purchased within the last year was gone. All furniture was gone. They had torn the walls open and ripped all the copper out! My. clothes were gone, my family pictures - everything I owned including several thousand dollars worth of musical instruments, and my late husband's ashes. The police had been called 29 times! They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They told me that the people said we had an agreement, and it was a civil issue - I would have to go to court! I walked away from my home. The home that my late father-in-law built with his own hands. It was posted on the front door as a nuisance drug house - by the POLICE;
Yes, squatters can move into someone's home and the police will do nothing!
If your written contract states that you were to receive the washer and dryer, you can absolutely sue for breach. You can void the sale or the sellers will have to pay you for the loss of the appliances. My younger sister had this happen for window treatments and a garage door opener.
The daughter that was assaulted while at her dads: her mom should unblock the ex-mil as the mil seems to be testifying against the attacker, in a roundabout way, by victim blaming to the mom about how the grandson’s life is being ruined.
My dad is a cop and in my experience (I was raped at 18 but was to sacred and in denial and didn’t report for six months and by then DNA evidence was long gone and it would have been he said she said) they did all they could do, I could have had a case opened but was advised that it would have been hard to win in court without DNA evidence, so instead of having a case opened I had the guy (I knew him and thought he was a friend before he did what he did) put on a watch list so if he does it again my statement can be used as evidence to back up another girls testimony. The cop who took my statement was, kind, sympathetic and respectful.

In a lot of way I wish I didn’t know what he looked like or who he is, we both still live in the same town and know some of the same people (it’s not a small town Per se but we both come from the same farming area and the town it’s self isn’t huge) I’ve seen him a few times since it happened six years ago and I have had full on panic attacks each time, including once in front of my niece in our local shopping centre, every time I hear his name it makes me feel sick to my stomach and as a few very popular celebrities have the same name as him which sux. On the other hand I am very thankful that at least I was able to have him on a watch list so that if he does do it again he will almost certainly go to jail next time.
@@maddyspinks hell yeah! You get that sucker any way you can- what's done is done as unfair as it is, you're awesome for taking the initiative and saying you'll stand by if he tries this with others- that takes a lot of bravery! Kudos to you my dude :3
Echo Blue thank you!
That hospital one aggravated me.
I normally don’t subscribe to reddit channels, but right now I’m happy to support a fellow Australian!
I'd sue that church ASAP
First story: as a public service, you may choose not to relent. You cannot possibly be the only person she is harassing, and it would be surprising if she is not also committing crimes. If you can afford it, investigate her as thoroughly as possible. She will harm people as long as she lives, and if you can help limit the scope of her harm, you will be doing a good thing.
The psych ER one sounded like a straight up nightmare. I wonder if she had called the insurance company to sort it out for her. But from an outsider's pov, the lack of communication, lost records and keeping her away from him seemed really sus.
That’s terrifying. I wasn’t even thinking about stuff like that when I was 14 let alone 12. I worry about a 12-year-old that literally would be having conversations like that with adult males.
Terrifying with the Benadryl. My 22 yr old daughter had a reaction to it when I took it when she was just a couple of weeks old and was nursing her. She broke out in a rash over her entire body. The dr said never to give her Benadryl directly because the allergic reaction could be deadly. Until that moment, I never imagined that Benadryl could cause an allergic reaction.
I can't process medications properly, if I take more than a children's dosage for longer than 3 days it builds up in my system and I'll be literally sleeping 22hrs/day, unable to eat, shower, even change clothes due to exhaustion, having panic attacks constantly and hallucinating. Even normally safe medications can cause severe reactions and medical staff need to listen to their patients when we tell them a medication is causing symptoms.
The school "dress code".
Who can ever forget the favorite school workers......the lunch lady.
I remember a classmate, that was called out for dying his hair. Which was almost unheard of, in the early 1990's.
The lunch lady heard what was going on. And she dyed her hair a bright neon green, for St. Patrick's Day.
Her words "If you want kids to respect the elders. Then it's up to the elders to respect kids. Now go back to class, so I can clean up"
God bless the lunch ladies.
Rest well Mrs, Max.
Comment by 1:33:00 .... so what i learned about Ontario Canada today is that it's legal to smash a residence' window and squat in there with a fake piece of paper claiming a landlord said you can.
...while it's also illegal to have keys to a business and try to enter it legitimately.
Maybe that was the 2nd OP's problem. They should've just smashed the door and the cops would've walked off.
Your voice is so calming ♡
I'm going to watch all 3.5 hours. I'm already 1.25 hours in.
I watch his videos right before bedtime then rewatch because odds are i fell asleep before the video finished.
chikncordonbleu I just realized this is 3 hrs I did not know I was watching this video for 3 hrs
OH FUCK NO! I would go into hiding and put out a hit out if my kids dad/family pulled that shit.
@@chikncordonbleu it's 3:30:59, all 4.5 hours
So, the employee who was arrested while leaving work: he didn’t get let go until the boss came in to identify him? Wtf? What if he was the boss with no one else to identify him?
Then they'd be in jail forever lol. But if you break into a house in Ontario, you're in the clear.....
Why the hell did that nurse or doctor that gave her (opinions) insights piss me off so badly?
Oh yeah?! Because that’s ducking ridiculous, she explained herself and her husband (when he couldn’t) and she dismissed them as much as that ER did.
Dude I love your voice, it helps me fall asleep when I can’t settle down
2:37:57.
"The is no First Amendment in schools and the freedom of expression of students is only as far as the school staff allow". That school would be shut down so fast their heads wouldn't even be able to start spinning.
Schools in our country from 5yrs old to 12yrs old. Hair must be neat and tidy, and no extreme hair styles or colours. Unless it's a spray colour for a sports event or concert. That comes out in one wash.
High school is a different matter. You can pretty much do as you please there, with your hair.
god that hospital storyy had so many red flags about how that hospital handeled the situation. thats the nightmare shit you see in movies that make people have such little trust in the medical field... litterally if that husband was my partner i think i would have cuased such a huge scene by the obvious neglect of the situation and possibly even hurt someone trying to get him the hell out of there-
That hospital sounds like out of a horror movie.
At my preschool all meds had to be accompanied by a Drs scrip with exact dosage and time or circumstances and sign off by a teacher or director not an aid. Then, the form shown to the parent or nanny upon pick up.
If they leave even for a minute, you can get in and dump their belongings out of the house, and lock everything up.
No wonder this OP's mother ran away with her child to Canada. The father is a monster.
I work 12 years in the ER. If anybody comes in with a suspected stroke they should be in getting an MRI within 10 minutes of arriving
Oh god that poor dude!! That's so unsexy of the hospital people
Dang dammit! I looked up the furry Starbucks thread and indeed the last post was removed by the mods 2 years ago. We shall never have closure.
Regarding neighbour bringing dog poo onto their land. I had a friend who had this problem. He gathered up the poo, sloppied it up a bit, wrapped it all up in newspaper, put the parcel on the doorstep, lit it and rang the doorbell. The neighbour opened the door, saw the fire and stamped it out 😂. End of problem.
there was some bad advice in Nazi church story. DO NOT RECORD YOUR LAWYER this can result in you loosing your Attorney-Client privilege!
was that advice given? I don't remember hearing it
@@asherael she say her lawyer was confusing, and on the advice was record her lawyer to help her go over the advice
@@geraldgrenier8132 OH! they did say. I assumed she would ask the attorney. I'm super curious, why wouldn't the recording made with the consent (or by the lawyer) not be protected work product, or just protected attorney-client communication?

People criticize Americans for being too eager to bring lawsuits… But listening to this video about the poor guy being harassed by his ex boss in the hospital makes me wonder if the rest of the world wouldn’t benefit from our mentality… Get yourself a lawyer and file harassment charges and sue this person into the ground take everything you can from them make them pay through the nose
Spend some money in marketing. Go on tv stating they are trying to intimidate you because you went to other church groups to warn them and thefact you would not donate to them. Do this on tv, on paper, radio, on the internet.
You can call Ghostbusters.
Jesus, the husband being treated like a psycho in the hospital is a horror movie script!! It's everyone's freakin' nightmare! The trouble with no updates with some of these, I get so angry for the OP etc!
1:29:27 I never thought I would hear the word basically used so many times.
Just a side-comment on the 14yo and "LARPing" - it's an acronym for "Live Action Role Playing" and it's related to D&D except that you act everything out instead of just saying what your character is doing. It requires a lot of organisation since you need people who are willing to play the part of the "enemy" and you have to call out special attacks and the names of effects and spells which are being used so that everyone knows how to react.
LARPing started with D&D, the Vampire the Masquerade crowd embraced it heavily.
On the one with the child possibly being groomed. Child protection on the phone... The phone company can make the phone to where she can only call and receive calls from certain numbers of your choosing. I did this with some of my grandchildren as they let others use the phone and when I checked there were inappropriate things on the phone. I called the phone company (AT&T) and they were able to place a block on the phone.
I really hated how much the word basically was used in that squatter story
That is basically my complaint too 😉
Great story C- for delivery.
Daycare teacher here; that kind of thing unfortunately is incredibly common. If you believe something has happened, ALWAYS call licensing to investigate because if they find wrong doing in their investigation, at minimum the daycare gets a fine, the teacher responsible will no longer be able to work with children until the maltreatment is off their record, and at most, they could shut a center down. You can also use your local licensing website to see any citations that center has received, as well as how they fixed it (if they did)
Ontario Canada - where you can't get squatters thrown in jail for B&E, but a person who legitimately works in a place gets arrested without proof.
If the rules aren't in writing then the rules are arbitrary and capricious. In other words you can sue them and win or at least force them to put everything in writing. They need to provided you with a copy and you need to sign off showing that you have read them. That does not mean you have to agree with jack.
Nine minutes in and all I can think is, "Lawyer up and make HR regret not doing their job"
Addicted to saying “basically”, basically.
The Starbucks thing I'd get a lawyer and then go to the Press and tell the news what happened.

“Why do the worst things happen in Ontario, Canada?”
Because Toronto is here lol.
Finally, I kept thinking this was all for money.
Contact his local labour law stating he has withheld your last pay check, over 15 days ,stole your personal email accounts ,also tell the Labour law officials no one in his company is fully trained.
Get a lawyer and sue this lady into the ground
The last story is horrifying to me. I've worked in childcare for years, mostly with 1-2 year-olds. I've had a few times where I've been nearly in tears with frustration at trying to get a kid to sleep or at least lay quietly. Never once have i thought about drugging a child.
Thank you Marker.
that's a SERIOUS case of toxic workplace/retaliation. OP is in for a SERIOUS settlement....
Re the student, in his case I would have first of made sure that the shop could do the data retrieval there and within a certain time slot. If they guaranteed this just to get the business and then changed it, if they still had it at that point I would have put a stop to sending it and collecting it and taken to somewhere that would do it while you are there. I have had two examples. One that mucked me about with delays after promising a certain amount of time. However as it was not urgent I let it go but said I would not use them again as caused alot of inconvenience and one where they did it there and then (I double checked on the phone). I could have waited in shop or go out to lunch while they did the job. I went out to lunch and done when I got back to shop. If something is urgent pin them down to times and being done at their premises. Dont be fobbed off if they give a vague answer. If they sent it to the other shop without informing him first to give him a choice they were in the wrong. To be honest though with something as important as that if others are accessing your laptop, even aside from a party the rule is every time you work on something and leave laptop you back up to an outside source, not on your lapstop, either memory stick or online backup. I hope he learned from this terrible situation.
As for his ex's nasty behaviour no I would not accept her apology and let her off the hook. Malicious or what.
Wow... for every "Basically" said take a shot!
You'd hit the floor very fast!!!
Deleted isn't gone, take it to a tech and have them restore your files. Good luck on your thesis! ❤ Hope that creep gets what's coming.
Still will have to sue for the Rolex repair-Those are very pricey.
1:29:00 take a shot for the next 90 seconds every time you hear the word “basically”. You’ll be face down in the carpet in basically 3 minutes.
I need legal advice. I accidentally mixed it up and chucked an Aussie on the BBQ
Oh man I have some FEELINGS about the guy who's research thesis got deleted from his computer. Mostly, I don't think his universities ethics department would be happy to know he was letting anyone use the computer where he was storing interview transcripts from participants who are entitled to a degree of privacy. When I did my ethics paperwork, i had to declare all data pertaining to participants was secure on a computer with a password, nd on hard drives and flash drives stored in key locked drawers. And I was just a bachelor student.
The bakery: I'd sue the church at every level. The leader, the church, the entire structure of the church.
Your Dad and his lawyer lied. Age of consent is 18 federally.
The PA whose old manager is trying to get him fired story: Good luck. HR is not your friend. Hire a good lawyer.
So in Ontario, squatters having NO KEY to the house doesn’t serve as proof that the squatters don’t belong there.
Also Ontario, an employee of a computer shop HAS a KEY and alarm code and that doesn’t serve as proof he works there.
I wonder if the same two cops responded to both of these incidents?
Mom ended up starting her own daycare about 25 years back because finding a good daycare around where we lived was near impossible. First one they took me to, the older kids would reach into the playpen that the toddlers were in and bite our limbs, and the staff never did anything about it. The second one literally stuck me in a crib in a dark room the whole day and only took me out and changed me when my parents were due to pick me up (they found out because they got off work early one day and came to get me way before those monsters expected). The third one, they had lost all confidence in "professional childcare facilities" and took me to someone who ran a daycare from her home, and it was actually really good, but I would be starting school soon, and apparently we lived too close for the school to let me take the bus, but was way too far for my mom to feel safe letting a 5 year old walk alone; they'd still take me by the lady's house around various holidays to say hi because I really liked her. Mom also made sure that she wasn't going to interfere with this lady's business prospects because she was such a sweetheart to us. I'd say, for the most part, a home daycare is the way to go, but you need to make sure that they are accredited still. There are usually fewer kids, and the caregivers are more likely to care for the kids. My mom still has school pictures of all of her kids, even the ones that aged out of daycare long before she retired, and, when she retired, she just stopped taking any new kids but kept watching the ones she already had until they aged out or the family moved away. Some people are concerned about the safety of home daycare, but in order for my mom to keep her license, an inspector had to come out at least twice a year (maybe more) to inspect the place unannounced but during business hours; she also had to go to routine first aide courses to make sure she had all the proper certifications and a few child wellness classes where any new information about childhood development was taught and discussed and the place gave ideas for learning activities. I always loved it when mom would go to those classes because they encouraged people to bring their own kids so they could see how the activities would work better, and it was a lot of fun!
With the Rolex being flushed typically most homeowners policies with only cover $1000 to $1500 in stolen jewelry, watches, and furs. Typically you need a separate personal articles floater to cover those more high value items along with an appraisal or receipt, typically 2 years at most.
Lol@“take back the swastika”. Yeah, that’ll work! 🤣🤣🤣
My back neighbor let her dog crap on my lawn. I grabbed the shovel scooped it up and threw it back up her driveway.
When i heard: blind furry sexually harassing me at work
I laughed so hard.
It is illegal to show a swastika in public in Germany and there are very few exceptions (like if it is for art). Technically you can't even have a tattoo of it visible in public (depends on the cops and situations if there are consequences).
A shit load of people are obvious to the fact that it is a religious hindu symol. People thinking swastika equal Nazi only are completely oblivious to other religions.
@@eg2514 I study Japanese culture at university. The Symbol is used in japan as well you can see it on maps of japan even. But the symbols look diffrent (I think the way it is turned is diffrent) and in Japan they are conscious of world history and don't really sell anything with just the symbol at shrines. So I think is is important to be aware even if you are using a symbol in another way. The holocaust had a big impact on many countries and it did change things that's just how it is. It also shaped germany many people don't feel comfortable displaying the german flag because it is associated with nationalism that's just how history has impacted the present. the I don't really get your point tbh because it had nothing to do with Hinduism in the story. A quick Google search showed me it does look diffrent from a "Hakenkreuz" and if it is used for religious practise it is allowed in Germany I think.
Sounds like the hospital is using your husband like a cash cow. Next time you or any one else phones him recored the conversation. As he is lusid.
