@@david-iam for me, meeting game wardens is a learning opportunity. If you do nothing wrong, just enjoy meeting them. However, many game wardens do not know regulations. Most of the times, I don't expose them in the videos.
Thuy 15:25 into your Video where you are getting verified information from CDFW, We appreciate the sharing of intel among the RUclips community because I had a comment about my last video from a viewer clearly didn't realize the regulations or payed attention to them as i too try to explain to viewers each season, We are fisherman and RUclipsrs always trying to pass on legitimate information this is probably why that viewer that commented later redacted his comments, it was not a nice one either, but i left it up, im sure he removed it himself, realizing we were well within 20 Fathom Nearshore and paying close attention to avoid Quillbacks and Yelloweyes and bag and size limits, none of the fish caught in San Francisco Bay are huge compared to your fish but still well within regulations so that said, nice fish brotha!

The answer to the question is yes. It falls on the individual to know the regulations. Even if it’s a first timer. When you buy the license your saying you know the regulations Just like measurements. It doesn’t matter what you measured it’s what they measured
It's hard to say since asian ppl don't generally fillet. They will pick the meat off during the meal. And extract all the nutrients from the bone and head even in soups and braise dishes. So asking how much meat one gets off the fish... it's likely as close to 100 percent as one can get. :)
if the app is approved by DFG then app or actual license. taking a picture can easily be alter by software to the point you cant even tell .. if it's legal, you never have to buy license ever again.

Hey bro what radio channel do you use to talk when you on a boat?
I usually don't use radio to communicate or listen to others. However I turn to channel 16 if I need any assistance with Coast Guard .
