Actually the last minutes of episodes when saeon said "Hong Heeju. No I mean 406" he changed it (i liked him for that) because if he said 'heeju', he might give her stressed and worried out that's why he changed, he acted like he's still talking with 406. He doesn't want her to worried like he already know it was her, because she might end the call. Due to stress and worried when in the end Saeon already forgive her for that.
