    Brian d’Souza talks to publicans at the Irish Pub Awards Training Day, about the range of ways your business can use music, the psychology behind your music selection, music licensing and how you can keep your music up to date and on-brand.
    Brian founded Open Ear in 2007, one of the leading music playlisting companies in the UK, following academic degrees in Music Psychology and Sound Design.
    Brian tours the world DJing, performing and sourcing music. He’s curated playlists and worked with the likes of the Tate, V&A, British Council and hundreds of commercial brands for the past decade. Brian was awarded by NESTA as a Creative Pioneer, is currently a PRSF Momentum Artist, and has twice been nominated for a SAY Award.

    Where should business people get music legitimately to play in restaurant ?
