I think it's better for most people to hunker down in their homes. If you are not trained on what to do when you bugout, your chances are slim for survival. Secure your home and have food and water.
Thank you for sharing and God bless.

Totally agree with you. The chance of survival outside of your home is slim. Blocked roads with gridlock trying to leave, etc. Your food will run out faster because you can't take it all. If people have bugout locations, they will be heading that way at the first sign of trouble. They already planned for it.

To those who still have wells…
If you have a 4” or bigger pipe, you can order a long , cylindrical bucket . There’s videos on how to make your own with pvc. Im on edge of town and even though city services are across street I will run off my well n sewer. So I’ve been thinking of how to get water out of that thing. I found a way. Maybe you already know this , but for those who don’t… I’m one of the only ones here in this area who still has their well. Im a widow so have to figure this stuff out.

One pound of fat equals one pound of muscles , but when you work out the muscles tighten up and you will lose inches before you will see much movement on the scale, at least that was what I was told when I was working out 😢

On one of whippoorwill hollers recent videos; She showed how to take buttermilk and make sour cream and cottage cheese. I’ve seen you make the yogurt and thought of you. She showed how to keep your buttermilk going etc. I love how you make the yogurt . I see buttermilk and heavy whipping cream marked down quite often here and it’s usually the expensive stuff. So I need to buy it. Regarding the milk… I’ve found organic milk lasts way past the expiration date, so doesn’t surprise me about fairlife.

Fair life Milk is low lactose too. I use the Fair life Milk when making homemade yogurt in my Instant Pot. My Instant Pot has a yogurt button for auto making yogurt. I just need to add about 2 Tbsps. to Fair life I add to Instant Pot and push yogurt button. My homemade yogurt turns out wonderful and tasty. If I drain off whey its become Greek style thicker type. Or I can leave whey in yogurt and stir whey in and have thinner type yogurt result.

I use fairlife milk. It is low on sugar and I have Type 2 D. Today I went to the store and there was none. Often it is out. It is not a cheap milk. I do feel better when I drink it. I recently was told to add more D and calcium to my diet. Great video! I like how you tell it like it is! Prayers for calm and find joy....maybe make a flower arrangement....🌻🌺🌹

A whole avocado only has 3 grams of protein. They're nutritiious - but not a good protein source. That looks like a double serving of rice - usually it's 1/2 a cup.
