      Hope u are ok ...im going through something similar . Still struggling with the loss of my dad last year. Hope you find the peace love and joy we are looking for .

      @@RamshiRamshi-g5o I've watched a few videos on depression because for me its been a year long struggle. I'm functioning but barely as making it day to day is a tremendous effort. I've managed to push myself through with help from some of these videos. If watch them like Jordan Petersons who says find something to cling to that will keep u afloat during the storm. For me its working on my MBA ...im in course six of 14 and that kind of keeps me going. Also another video I watched suggested trying to develop a rich and meaningful life. Doesnt mater what it is as long as its meaningful to you. Hope that helps. 🙏👍

      I battle depression all the time. Meditation and therapy and medication helps. Stay strong.
