I will be honest. Some people do too much in church. But i have danced at church at my seat. Just fulled with joy because of all God has brought me through 🙌. It had nothing to do with attention or entertainment. Just a thankful heart.
I’ve seen this behavior since I was born. I was subject to this behavior, and had no choice in the matter. I can write a book! Now as an adult I have ZERO tolerance for any type of foolishness. I travel 75 miles for church, and not looking for another one, not even to visit.

The BEST way to get the people interested, engaged and not being entertained is by getting them to real, practical results in their lives. People are looking to be entertained because they’re looking to be distracted. They are looking to be distracted because they are dissatisfied with their human lives. They are dissatisfied with their lives because despite going to church Sunday after Sunday, decade after decade, they are not living in the promises of God right now, today even if they have “Salvation over in glory.” Even when they are not being entertained, they are not being taught... At least not in a way potent enough to change their lives enough to no longer need distractions to get by.
My goodness this is such an accurate diagnosis of the situation. Why are people talking about this issue more. We look at the symptoms instead of going after the problem.

You can check some out online to see what they teach. What some put on their website doesn't always match what's being preached or taught in church. The good ones go unnoticed and are not as popular, and they are sometimes smaller. If it's really in your heart to find a genuine church, God will grant that opportunity. Some people don't want to hear the truth. Some have tickling ears, and God turns some over to all this foolishness.

@@YehudaHalevi247 I came from a black pentacostal church and there in lies the problem there's no such thing as a black church or white church culture is a tool the devil uses against the body of Christ it's traditions of man and has nothing to do with worshipping Christ
