Put wifi adapter in monitor mode
it means your interface is not named wlan0mon. Type iwconfig again and see the name of your device, it's most likely called wlan0 instead on wlan0mon. use whatever name it says its called for you device. mine wasn't wlan0mon either.
Great video buddy, but one question for the wordlist we can use someone dictionary like a bruteforce or someone repository with this wordlist?
You can use any word list or even create your own to crack a hash.
I've made some videos on creating word lists take a look.

@@kerouakb7997 check /usr/share for wordlists, rockyou.txt should be there, if it is listed as rockyou.txt.gz then gunzip rockyou.txt.gz and you should be able to cat the file then

I'm not getting any BSSIDs when using the 'airodump-ng wlan0mon' command. I'm using my integrated Etherned card and I managed to set it to Mode:Monitor. It is an external USB Wifi mandatory?

Hi, how do you enable the Wifi device in Monitor mode when there is no Airmon-ng.exe command for windows ? I dont see the point if u cant capture to be able to then crack...

Most default wifi adapter chips will NOT have monitor mode.
TP-Link adapters are great I have a $16 TP-Link adapter I got it set up on Kali it works great

Do you have a USB wifi adapter? You need one that supports monitoring and Injection mode
Type the command (Airmon-ng start wlan0 ) it will put your adapter in monitor mode
I am not getting the BSSIDs after entering the command. What should I do ?
Make sure it's actually named "wlan0mon", you can check which wifi adapter is in monitor mode by entering "iwconfig" command. Sometimes it doesn't add "mon" but still be in monitor mode but it depends on the specific WiFi adapter you're using.
where you find that "wlan0n" I have exactly problem , I dont have any data for BSSID

If two wifis have the same mac address and wifi name, will the user device be reconnected
im pretty sure it cant have the same mac address.

Are you checking the WiFI interface name with iwconfig after running airmon-ng start wlan0? Mine did not change the interface name but did list it as mode:monitor so just used it as wlan0

Requested device "wlan0" does not exist. Run /usr/sbin/airmon-ng without any arguments to see available interfaces
