The Pine Mountain Club Association recently passed an 8% annual dues increase, meaning residents will pay $1928 this year. Annual fees will be due July 1st.

STR's are ALLOWED in PMC again, at the time the video was recorded and uploaded STR's were NOT allowed. As of 1/20/24 the PMCPOA Board of Directors APPROVED and now has allowed STR's reference Association Rules Article 22:

I have been looking at moving to Pine Mountain Club for about 3 years, so I've been following the real estate in the area very closely. I and I noticed that the HOA fee has changed from $1,780 a year ago, to $3,248 per anum. That's an 82% increase over a one year period. It smacks of corruption.

In the video they discuss an 8% increase to 1900.00 and some change per year. Not an increase to 3200.00 per year.
