Few doubts:
1. If some other countries have similar provisions like IPC, taking your example further, an indian flying in an american aircraft over pakistan, and all 3 countries have similar Penal provisions, who would finally get the hold over the criminal, as India would claim citizenship, pakistan territorial jurisdiction and america flying aircraft
2. If IPC is not applicable to few like ambassadors, what are the safety valves against them if they commit henious crimes?
