I met this girl when we were in College, she is beautiful and later on became one of my closest friend and eventually I fell inlove with her. Hindi ko na sinubukan na ligawan siya kasi magkaiba kami ng religion/faith that time, alam kong hindi niya kayang bitawan yung faith niya at the same time hindi ko rin kayang bitawan yung pride ko dahil yun yung time na kakasimula pa lang ng faith ko kahit may mga PAGKAKATAON na PWEDE SANA. Hindi naman sa pag-aassume pero I know may pag-asa naman talaga ako pero ako siguradong minahal ko siya that time. Both of us supported each other's love life but we're still connected as "friends". Na-witness namin pareho kung paano ang magkaroon ng failed relationship at magkaroon ng kanya-kanyang lovelife ang bawat isa sa amin but then again, walang nagbago sa closeness namin, until we both graduated and nagkaroon na ng trabaho. Fast forward, after 3 years nagkita kami ulit doon ko na-realize na I still love her kaso mali na kung susubukan ko pa. Naramdaman ko yung sobrang panghihinayang but I'm still happy for her.

Nung napanood ko yung movie 2 months ago, nashook ako kasi ang ganda nung plot. It's really nice, indie vibes lang din. Pero the thing is, dito, may fragments talaga ng buhay manila. Yun yung hinahanap ko kasi sa films, hindi yung sobrang raw na just poverty or yung sobrang yaman, kasi may mga films na ganon. Eto kasi, yung mediocre life. Yung stability na parang nangyayari na lang. Walang hinahanap. Idk fuck my life anyway. What scene really gets me the most is yung part na nasa rooftop si anna at sam. Nagkkwento si anna about sa airplanes, and how nung bata sya, may nakita syang airplane and paglingon nya, iniwan sya ng fam nya. Tas coincidentally, may dumaan din nung sila lang ni sam. Foreshadowing yung ending nila. But what's the catch? Isa likes planes. It's her thing. So in a way, parang kinuha din ni isa paalis si sam.
Panoorin mo po yung prequel film nila: “Ang Kwento Nating Dalawa” this film will connect the dots, and lets you see the backstory behind Isa and Sam from 5 yrs ago (movie timeline), ganda din yung plot twist niyan. Also, you will notice a difference in terms sa color grading, and etc sa videography ni Direk Nestor sa movie na yan. It’s like night and day, but with that aside. Panoorin mo yung prequel.

I absolutely love the cinematography in this music video. It's well-crafted and shows us a peek but not giving away too much of what's going to happen in the next movie. I love how the film is colored, it's not too flashy in the sense that the colors are jumping right at your eyes. It's not too washed out either that you'd wish for it to be saturated just a tad bit. It's just the perfect mix of color that conveys feelings and nostalgia. The framing is to-die for especially the framing of that one scene of Vera and Alex Media looking out at the terrace. Though I wished they'd have shown us the footages from the trailer, the individual footages that made me fall in love more with this film's cinematography. However, one of the best things about this mv are the parallel scenes from the first movie and the second one. They recreated the most iconic scenes of that movie and placed it here, only with different elements to it. Like the scenes of Vera and Alex Medina, as well as Anna Luna and Nicco Manalo's respective car scenes which parallels the long taxi ride from the first movie that kind of solidified the first movie's silent build up. The next one is the scene of Nicco Manalo and Anna Luna in the LRT. Again, a parallel of Sam and Isa's past before Isa left for the US. It's bittersweet and leaves you wanting more than what you're given. I can't wait to see this in the cinemas.

Nung napanood ko yung movie 2 months ago, nashook ako kasi ang ganda nung plot. It's really nice, indie vibes lang din. Pero the thing is, dito, may fragments talaga ng buhay manila. Yun yung hinahanap ko kasi sa films, hindi yung sobrang raw na just poverty or yung sobrang yaman, kasi may mga films na ganon. Eto kasi, yung mediocre life. Yung stability na parang nangyayari na lang. Walang hinahanap. Idk fuck my life anyway.
What scene really gets me the most is yung part na nasa rooftop si anna at sam. Nagkkwento si anna about sa airplanes, and how nung bata sya, may nakita syang airplane and paglingon nya, iniwan sya ng fam nya. Tas coincidentally, may dumaan din nung sila lang ni sam. Foreshadowing yung ending nila.
But what's the catch? Isa likes planes. It's her thing. So in a way, parang kinuha din ni isa paalis si sam.
Panoorin mo po yung prequel film nila: “Ang Kwento Nating Dalawa” this film will connect the dots, and lets you see the backstory behind Isa and Sam from 5 yrs ago (movie timeline), ganda din yung plot twist niyan. Also, you will notice a difference in terms sa color grading, and etc sa videography ni Direk Nestor sa movie na yan. It’s like night and day, but with that aside. Panoorin mo yung prequel.

I absolutely love the cinematography in this music video. It's well-crafted and shows us a peek but not giving away too much of what's going to happen in the next movie. I love how the film is colored, it's not too flashy in the sense that the colors are jumping right at your eyes. It's not too washed out either that you'd wish for it to be saturated just a tad bit. It's just the perfect mix of color that conveys feelings and nostalgia. The framing is to-die for especially the framing of that one scene of Vera and Alex Media looking out at the terrace. Though I wished they'd have shown us the footages from the trailer, the individual footages that made me fall in love more with this film's cinematography.
However, one of the best things about this mv are the parallel scenes from the first movie and the second one. They recreated the most iconic scenes of that movie and placed it here, only with different elements to it. Like the scenes of Vera and Alex Medina, as well as Anna Luna and Nicco Manalo's respective car scenes which parallels the long taxi ride from the first movie that kind of solidified the first movie's silent build up. The next one is the scene of Nicco Manalo and Anna Luna in the LRT. Again, a parallel of Sam and Isa's past before Isa left for the US. It's bittersweet and leaves you wanting more than what you're given. I can't wait to see this in the cinemas.

Its been almost two years since my ex left me for someone else. Thought I’ve moved on, but after hearing this song, all the pain came crashing as if it was just yesterday. Guess I’m going to live with this void in my heart that only him could fill. Tried to hate him, but i know that there will always be a part of me that hopes that in the end, it’s still him, that it’s still us. I am happy that he is happy now tho. In the end, that is what love is about. And As unfair as it may seem, but i think i just got to get on with my life without the closure that I seek. Cant wait for the brighter days.
