I also think Lauren is right and Tammy asked Garth to check in with her when he got back home at 1am so she knew he was home safe. If I remember rightly, the night-time temperatures were freezing and the roads could have been icy.
There's no doubt in my mind that Chad and Tammy were sleeping separately because Tammy knew about the affair. They probably told the children it was because Chad snored and kept Tammy awake - also maybe an excuse for Chad sleeping so far away from the rest of the house upstairs in the 'cozy cone', but convenient for him to keep an eye on JJ and Tylee's burial sites being disturbed by wild animals. Chad wanted to make it look like they were both still sharing a bed to outsiders because he knew how it would look to the police and medics when they had to come into the house to take Tammy away and he remarried just over three weeks later.

They probably slept in different beds after Tammy got that email from Charles that she ended up blocking in the end but you know she couldn't unsee it and understand what was being said about Charles wife and her husband. Poor thing I just feel so bad for her final minutes of her life. It must have been so scary for her!

Maybe the reason there was many towels of red foam in her bedroom was indicating a huge volume exudation over a lengthy time from poor Tammy's mouth due to her extreme struggle with Alex?

  • @Howulikememeow
    @Howulikememeow 4 месяца назад +102

Agreed 100% and have always thought this: I think Chad was sleeping in the loft, left the door unlocked for Alex. After some time (and after Tammy’s murder), Chad went downstairs to make sure to stage the room and tried but failed to pick up Tammy to put her in the bed. That is when Garth heard the thump and walked in on Chad trying to move her. Chad, in the moment asked Garth to help him move her. That is why the concocted story of Tammy falling out of bed keeps shifting and is a clunky explanation. I think Chad wanted to delay Garth from calling 911 so that’s why Garth explained that his father was pacing and talking about photos on the wall. He was stalling. I think Garth called anyway and that’s why Chad grabbed the phone from him.

    • @Howulikememeow

One of the things that I think is super irritating is if we compare Tammy to Lori and consider that Chad was calling TAMMY lazy. and as if his new flame is just so hard-working and giving??
Tammy was working as a librarian, raising five children taking care of a house, training and doing a 5k, cloggin, high exercise classes, doing Relief Society activities which can include volunteering and doing service for others, holding a calling in church, and of course weigh more that we don't know about in the public, doing probably 90 percent of the work for Chad's publishing business, probably cooking cleaning feeding and doing her potatoes laundry while being yelled at because she might want to do something fun and want to take a freaking break once in a while by Chad.
Because heaven forbid a hard-working mother wife and volunteer needs down time to herself.
Again all the while her husband travels around, gives terrible bizarre talks about subjects he stole from everybody else, tries to find a new wife flirting with any woman he can find, fantasizing about weird things and fantasizing he's some powerful leader. And nothing else
Also, his new little wife to be complains about having to take care of two children. She can't even raise two children without whining nearly tears to even police officers and anybody else who will listen.
Tammy is lazy while him and Lori are murdering innocent babies because even having two children around is just way too much responsibility and work for them it is just sickening

I think I read on reddit that someone said he may not outright own it, yet. He may have a lein against it, like a mechanic will get if someone still owes them money for repairs or something, and it will go into his possession fully after a certain date if Chad is still unable to pay. Of course Chad won't be able to pay so it will then be his. I've also read that he can't outright own because there is still a mortgage. However it works, it had to be discussed pretrial, because the sidebar when the realtor brought it up was Prior complaining to the judge that it wasn't supposed to be mentioned at trial amd the judge ordered the jury to disregard it and for that witness not to bring it up again. There can't be anything legally wrong with however it works out.

@@Catfluff521 I just haven’t heard that he did omit facts to the coroner or police. Maybe he did I just haven’t seen it and it’s not clear at this point. And beyond that television interview with all the adult kids, I haven’t heard a peep out of them. Except Emma….who I would say is despicable with her behavior. Not arguing with you… just haven’t seen it yet. I’m also pretty sure they have been told to not make any public statements so close to trail and being on the witness list. If anyone has seen anything that shows that Garth and the younger children have acted with malice after their mother’s death, feel free to post! I would NOT be surprised if they are all a bunch of cult adult-kids. Especially with at least some of them having the knowledge of light and dark kid ratings. I just hesitate to throw Garth under the bus because A) Chad and prior might be planning on doing that B) his aunt Heather loves him and would not want the world to bash him C) if he is totally innocent, he is truly one of his dad’s victims and I hate to think how much complex trauma therapy he will have to go through to make sense of it all.

Chad told Emma to take the mattress down from the loft very casually because he didn’t want LE to know someone was sleeping up there. She didn’t even question it. She didn’t say “why is there a mattress up there dad”? She knew what was going on. I am convinced of it. She also asked if she could send Amazon packages to her dad in jail 😧 she knew he was going to be kept in.
I am sure that she will go to any lengths to protect her dad, “the prophet” and her testimony will be wild to see

      1. A lawyer never asks a question in court that he doesn’t already know the answer to.
      2. The phrase “He owns your home” is almost never used in its literal sense. It is a euphemism used to refer to the fact that a person has run up considerable legal bills.
      3. It is perfectly possible to own property you have never seen. The wealthier you are, the more likely it is, that you own property you have never seen.

She mentions Tammy going to bed and expecting to rest after long week once her eldest child checked in after working a late shift. So todays convo was spot on it must have been the norm and maybe even more so as reassurance after the attempted shooting of Tammy she would rest knowing he was home safe. I’m convinced Garth found her alone and was coerced to make the 911 call much later after trying to clear the foam. Would be so interested to know if Vicky remembers thsi as being a routine for Tammy and Garth x

He would be able to freely speak to Lori, have phone sex, and plot for hours upstairs in the “cozy cone” away from Tammi and all the kids and knew if someone was coming with the opening of the door to the house and walking up the stairs would have let him know someone is coming. Remember Prior Mukden a big deal of the fact that there was a number of bruises on one arm and only 1 on the upper so that does not support being held down. However there was a large bruise on her upper chest which could have been a knee but she would have resisted so I think 2 people were needed
