And ,, work his magic. 😀😀😀 I want one of those lunch boxes!! It’s now 12:45 after midnight in USA
Such amazing skills and I especially loved the talk to the boss at the end and listening to why he does what he does is wonderful. He wants his customers to enjoy the food and each individual ingredient without all the rubbish and e-numbers and preservatives etc. I'd love to visit one day. I also liked the cleanliness of the place including the walls and ceiling. I love no adverts love the channel owner for that and that's why I've subscribed. Thank you 😊
The owner is definitely lord of his domain, the kitchen. Absolutely his attention to detail is astonishing, and I certainly believe him when he says he travels to where his ingredients are sourced on his days off. He's a great character and his sous chef seems equally so and they both have distinct style. personality, great cooking skills and good humour. Happy to see a full dining room even with a typhoon looming! Customers brave the weather to eat well it seems, haha! Thanks again to the restaurant owners, staff and the video production crew for a great video! Almost caught Cameraman-San's face this time (is he handsome???)

Not perfection. Yes he is skilled. The Fried Vermilli too light. He need to put dark soy sauce. Dark soy sauce will taste good than not putting will make the dish a big difference than not putting. Many chef try to make lighter version Fried vermilli did not put dark soy sauce end up not cooking Fried vermilli perfectly because of its unique flavour.
This chef is so intense and works so hard since 8:00 a.m. preparing and cooking all these foods and so far only 2 customers showed up for lunch while the rest were for take-out orders ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

It is very impressive how clean the place is for 30 years of service. I dearly hope the sous chef is paid what he deserves for his loyalty since the start. He has a great attitude and generally speaking the owner seems like someone worthy of mentoring under.
