You have to collect three fragments to form the ring. The fragments can be found randomly in precious or luxurious chests.

exactly, each tribe you have a Ring that is separated into 3 shards, once you collect them you can craft the ring and open a sealed entrance that gives Elixir and 5 star artifacts
