What's with the low cut dress (or top) here and on the 9/28/18 news show, The Final Hour with Brian Williams where she's wearing a blue low cut dress which she wore earlier in the day on the Ari show. There's a time and a place and reporting on national TV especially when discussing sexual assault is not the place. Not appropriate nor professional.
