love the dry humor! Cant believe its taken this long for someone to create such an in depth and well structured tutorial series for trials. I'm thinking of getting into trials but i'm doing my theory first!

yes you should refund him fully and apologize publicly, the customer is always right.. ESPECIALLY on the internet. XD
