Friends of Shuai Jiao and Wu Shu Happy New Year! As we say goodbye to Gengzi Year and usher in the Year of the Ox , Bao Ding Kuai Jiao is ready to launch. I have personally made a introduction of Bao Ding Kuai Jiao Series. 108 pillars. Hands, eyes, posture, application, steps, spirit, breath, energy, strength and speed. I will systematically introduce the characteristics and style of Bao Ding Kuai Jiao one unit per week from today onwards. In order to maintain the authenticity of real throwing, all series of films adopt the same shooting speed as the previous 13 units (1:1)
Unit (1) Diagonal Hit is the first of the four postures, which can be combined with the most hand and leg techniques, also known as the mother of kuai jiao techniques. The scope covers Basic Jiao, Lightning Jiao, Combat Jiao.

是的，冷兵器时代，中国军队训练的就是摔跤。很多传武门派那是结合了金庸武侠小说出来骗人的假把式。
