    I have live in the Nard my entire life nearly ,62 years of great memories and such diversity. Your video truly captured the true flavors, from the collection to colonia proper. Oxnard has truly grown and now supports major businesses and corporate America. You truly captured the many flavors of the area, the agricultural world to the Billions of dollars stored in the harbor with boats ,yachts and fishing companies earning a living. This is truly great . We are truly bless to live here , it's expensive and we pay the weather tax for amazing weather but what a place to grow up. If your a racist u need not apply we welcome all races and cultures alike. Thank you for respectfully representing a true depiction of our great City of Oxnard, G Duran

    I’m stuck in a run down racist town in Tennessee and it is my dream to get me and my family to Oxnard. It’s so beautiful with such incredible weather. We are going to sell our home in May and get on a plane and go west to Oxnard and never look back!!!

    I was there 3 weeks ago! I really liked it, it is much better than Los Angeles (speaking as a tourist from Poland) but it seems that locals also like this city ☺ not only me. I like quiet and peacefull towns where everybody is friendly.

    Very nice. It Reminds me of south Florida. Or more like Tampa Florida a little bit. I hate the name oxnard though. They should change it to something more nicer. Like Pacifica California. Or a nicer name. Oxnard doesn’t sound too good. Not very appealing for outside investing.

    • @Cruor34
      @Cruor34 2 года назад +2

      I keep hearing people say that. I'm moving to Oxnard for work. Where exactly are these gangs? It looks pretty nice to me. I am from NYC, that has some ghetto areas and even there, an average person has no problem in the majority of the city, you need to go to the worst parts to be in trouble. Where exactly are these gangs? Because it doesn't look like they are in the Beach Front or Wagon Wheel area or anywhere I would be. Im going to be in my apartment, on the beach, at work, or doing quads/ATVing further inland... like if I wanted to get mugged, where should I go in Oxnard?

    • @geothon
      @geothon 2 года назад +1

      @@Cruor34 Probably walk in the back alleys of Colonia neighborhood LOL. Oxnard is just like any other city- it has nice areas and less nice but you can get mugged pretty much anywhere. People get shot in Beverly Hills too you know. Enjoy living in Oxnard!

      I'm Evie I was raised there. Yes it has gangs but they're really nice. Just respect them. I miss Oxnard so bad. My favorite is when everyone stands out the door and shoots in the air. I think it keeps everyone respectful. Happy place 😘

      It's 95% Hispanic you walk in many stores and the employees can't speak English, it's by the beach so there's wealth and poverty side by side, the whole state is in the toilet thank god I got out
