    I just picked up a RR/Snipers Pacman and RR Orange Passion while down here in Orlando for vacation from Top Shelf Aquatics. The RR OP is definitely the most expensive $$$ frag I ever paid for. Though not as expensive as the Rainbow Acanthophyllia I bought. Any secrets on the RR OP? I tend to be hit and miss on tenuis for some reason.

      Ellery Wong mine is doing well in 250 to 300 par. Not the fastest grower, so try to keep it away from fast growers to give it a chance to establish a large base; mine receded a bit when encroached ok by an encrusting monti. good luck ; one of my favs!

    • @TheBioReef
      @TheBioReef 5 лет назад

      i use the cheap instant ocean salt; its parameters are a bit higher than what i keep. i only briefly used seachem's new salt when i couldn't get the regular instant ocean in my LFS... that was about a year an half ago, but i managed to get back on the instant ocean salt right away

      @TheBioReef 5 лет назад +1

      Thanks Majd! check out this video for my husbandry ruclips.net/video/D3urX4WZ_C8/видео.html ; i did do an experiment with dosing redsea trace elements but saw no obvious benefit; here is a link to that video ruclips.net/video/VHk2S7ldT_c/видео.html ; i just keep things simple with small automatic water changes (with cheap instant ocean salt), 2 part dosing using ESV B-ionic. I occasionally dose nitrate and phosphate to keep the levels where i want them.
