Looks like the sound has been recorded in a studio apart from the video... Later, the video has been recorded using the backing track. Watch 5:31-5:35! Flautist is taking a breath and suppose to start, but waiting until the backing track starts. IMHO.

If you or someone here has the sheet music flute part and the flute&piano part for me, I'd be eternally grateful! The backstory to this piece of music is actually very interesting. CPE Bach wrote the entire piece while eating lunch at a Burger King, but the McDonald's hamburglar stole the score off his table while he was in the bathroom. CPE Bach later got it back but always asserted that Ronald McDonald was behind the affair. They say that is why it was given its particular name.

Too much rubato - got to remember this is a classical piece (perhaps Baroque?!)
