That's why I can never get the effect that's intended. I use my TV. I just wish more asmr channels had blackscreen with just quiet talk instead of banging and tapping on stuff. I'm trying to sleep here.. 🙄
And thats why i dont use chargers and earphones while watching asmr. But still i get some triggers though.

i’ve never gotten tingles from tapping before but when you tapped on that candle SO. MANY. TINGLES. i loved the hard sound when you tapped on the parts of the candle with wax combined with the sound of the glass tapping pls do more of it 🥺
