Having a bit of a hard day today and seeing your latest video pop up in front of me (& just the thought of seeing Romi😊) has really made me smile. And woh mate your sunglasses on, sitting in the car chat realllly hit home for me today. I needed that. Thanks 4 being you.❤
Ami! You have 2 small children! What you give us in the videos, new or repeat, is fantastic! Last night my daughter (32) with children 5 and 18 mos texted me this. It made me laugh because I remember those days! She texted this: "This weekend was an "off" weekend for both kids. By the end of the evening I was literally smothering my head under a pillow on the couch. The muffling of the sound, the pressure, the cool temp, all really helped calm my sensory overload from the kids!" HAHA Some days are survival days! YOU are amazing Ami.
I know absolutely nothing about Indian food/spices. I'm looking forward to your Indian cookbook. All this Indian food you've been making looks so amazing.
Needed to hear you telling us to just have more fun....to not be do hard on ourselves. I need to remind myself of this on repeat! Thank you once again Ami for setting my attitude straight!
Thank you for the encouragement to not take life so seriously! I really needed to hear this today Amy! I overload myself with pressures and work and I too have been too stressed lately. Keep the motivation coming plz! ❤
I hope that crispy cauliflower recipe ends up in the indian cookbook!! - also, maybe another idea for you should you have the want and time to make it, a holiday cookbook, this will be my first vegan 'maximum weightloss' holiday and no idea what I am going to do, would love to see your spin on them
Cook temp and time please 🙏 Gonna try 350 and watch them to gauge time. Love the realness of your videos that so many other youtubers lack please keep them coming.
@@dbdowst sorry not yet. I didn't plan on cooking til this afternoon. Please let me know how yours turn out! I was thinking I might add some blueberries to a few and see what happens.
I did my first batch at 350° for about 25 minutes and they were definitely not done yet (i had to run our) so I put them on again for probably another 20 minutes and they were still a tiny bit moist inside but that might’ve been because my oven completely cool down and had to heat up again. I had a little bit of batter left over so I did a few muffins nonstop for 45 minutes at 350° and they turned out great! I hope that helps.😊
Everything looks delicious !! I usually add a couple tablespoons of psyllium husk powder to muffins and cakes… it adds a more “cake like” texture to baked goods.
Ps…re the classified ad for the 2nd hand NINJA CREAMI…..YES GET IT MATE! QUICK! (Early Xmas prezzy for the whole family- including yourself!)🎁💚ps-loved smiley face pineapple cake!🍍
Amazing lentil pineapple cake 😋😋😋 so with you on the concept of expecting ourselves to do more and wanting to be perfect in every area , whereas our focus should be on prioritising chores and projects so we can have more time to experience those meaningful moments that recharges us and invites us to create deeper connection with life, with nature and the loved ones 💗 glad that you brought this topic up. We all need to reevaluate from time to time 💗 love everything that your mum makes , she is also so creative in the kitchen 😋😋👏👏
You make a speach about not pushing yourself then you go on a run and say I always push myself to the max to get to the top of the stairs. Only you lol
Love your ramble .. I feel like this rat race is overwhelming to do n be somebody. Maybe it is ok to be a nobody n it is ok. :) I love your channel. :) u are creative. I don’t eat beans but will try your other chocolate muffin recipes :)
Ami thank you so much for sharing some great recipes I don’t want to sound preachy, but this is my heartbeat. The reason I live is for God’s glory. He loves me so much and called me out of a dark deep pit of bondage to orthorexia, anorexia and compulsive exercise - strive strive strive and never satisfied instead off sweet surrender of trusting Him who is Kimg of Kings On I’m so grateful that God pulled me out of that to live for Jesus - for in Him is life eternal I believe it’s important to take care of our bodies, but also realize the reality that they are like a fading flower here today and gone tomorrow. What lasts is ours souls for eternity I am now free to live joyfully for Jesus. It is wonderful.!!! Now I trust and enjoy God here on earth, and know that I will get to enjoy him eternally because of what he did for me- saved me by faith from my sins on the cross ❤️❤️❤️ John 6:27 “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”
I enjoy seeing meals from leftowers. That is how I eat at home.
Please don’t apologise for sharing your thoughts or the realistic portrayal of your life. This is what we are here for and we love it.
